The Effect Of Xia Xifang On Hypertension (Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity Type) And The Impact Of Ankle-brachial Index

purpose:The main purpose of this clinical study is to observe the effect of Xia Xifang on hypertension(yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity)and the effect of ankle-brachial index.The aim is to observe the treatment of hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine.method:This study was collected from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to December 2020.Patients who were admitted to the outpatient or inpatient department from June 2019 to October 2020.They met the exclusion criteria.They were randomly grouped according to the random table generated by SPSS 25.0 and divided into treatment groups and There were 72 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with western medicine: 2.5 mg of levamlodipine besylate tablets orally once a day;The treatment group was given Xiaxi Granules orally on the basis of the western medicine Shi Huida,and the treatment period was 12 weeks.Observe and analyze the changes in blood pressure,syndrome scores,and ankle-brachial index of the two groups of patients before treatment,4 weeks after treatment,and 12 weeks after treatment.result:1 Comparison of antihypertensive effectsThe results of the treatment group and the control group both showed that the patient’s blood pressure decreased,and the ambulatory blood pressure results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 76%;the control group is 59%;the self-tested blood pressure treatment group is 97%;the control group is 91%;The comparison of the total curative effect of ambulatory blood pressure and self-tested blood pressure between the two groups was different(p<0.05).The addition of Xiaxi Granules in the reduction of systolic or diastolic blood pressure is better than the simple western medicine Shi Huida.2 Comparison of TCM syndromesBoth the treatment group and the control group improved in terms of clinical symptoms.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 82%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 53%.The treatment group is significantly better than the control group(p<0.01).It has a significant effect in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with hypertension,which is significantly better than that of the Shihuida group.3 Comparison of TCM symptomsThe control group can relieve dizziness and headache symptoms(p<0.05)after treatment for 4 weeks.After 12 weekss of treatment,the symptoms of backache and insomnia are different from those before treatment(p<0.05).There was no difference before and after treatment for upset fever,tinnitus,and forgetfulness(p>0.05);the treatment group could significantly relieve dizziness,headache,backache,knee weakness,five upset fever,palpitations,insomnia,and tinnitus symptoms after 4 weeks of treatment(p< 0.01),there was no significant difference in amnesia between the two groups(p>0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups except for dizziness and amnesia after treatment(p>0.05),and the treatment group showed excellent improvement in other symptoms In the control group(p<0.05).The effect of adding Xiaxi Granules to improve TCM symptoms is better.4 Ankle-brachial index comparisonBoth the treatment group and the control group can improve the patient’s ankle-brachial index.There was no significant difference between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment(p>0.05),and the control group had a difference after 12 weeks of treatment(p<0.05);The treatment group was significantly different after 12 weeks of treatment and before treatment(p<0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05),and the addition of Xiaxi granule group was better than the single-agent Shi Huida group in improving the patient’s ankle-brachial index.conclusion:1 Xia Xifang has a significant effect in improving the clinical symptoms of hypertension patients in traditional Chinese medicine,which is better than the pure western medicine group;2 Xia Xifang has a good effect on reducing systolic blood pressure or diastolic blood pressure,which is better than that of western medicine alone;3 Xia Xifang can better improve the ankle-brachial index level and protect the target organ damage caused by hypertension to patients.
