Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Badiranjibuya Mixture In The Treatment Of Premature Ventricular Beat

Objective: Preliminary discussion on the clinical efficacy analysis of Badiranjibuya Mixture in the treatment of premature ventricula beat,and assessment of safety at the same time,provide a more powerful basis for clinical application.Methods: A total of 66 patients with stable angina pectoris and premature ventricula beat who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 33 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional Western medical treatment for stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.The treatment method was aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100 mg,once a day orally,patients with aspirin contraindications could be given clopidogrel 75mg/tablet,once a day orally,atovar Statins calcium tablets 20mg/tablet,once a day orally,isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets 40mg/tablet,once a day orally,isosorbide mononitrate tablets can be adjusted according to changes in the patient’s condition,the adjusted amount is 5-20 mg.The control group was given western medicine metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets on the basis of western medicine conventional treatment,23.75 mg,once a day,according to blood pressure and heart rate changes,Adjust the dose gradually.The experimental group was treated with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets combined with Badiranji mixture,and the treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.Record the basic information of the two groups of patients,analyze the QTc period,QRS time limit,Traditional medicine syndrome score,total premature ventricula beat,Lown grade of premature ventricula beat and other indicators before and after treatment to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results: 1)Comparing the QRS duration and QTc period of the two groups: There was no statistically significant difference in QRS duration between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),and the difference between the two groups during QTc period was statistically significant(P<0.05);2)Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the scores of Traditional medicine syndrome between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);3)Compare the total effective rate of Traditional medicine syndrome between the two groups: indicating that the total effective rate of Traditional medicine syndrome in the test group after treatment The effective rate was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4)There was no statistical difference in the total number of premature ventricula beat between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);5)Compare the total effective rate of the total number of premature ventricula beat between the two groups: after treatment,the total effective rate of the total number of premature ventricula beat in the experimental group was 87.9%,compared with the control group After treatment,the total effective rate of the total number of premature ventricula beat in the test group was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);6)There was no significant difference in the Lown classification of premature ventricula beat between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);7)Compare the total effective rate of Lown classification of premature ventricula beat between the two groups: after treatment,the total effective rate of Lown classification of premature ventricula beat in the test group is higher than the total effective rate of Lown classification of premature ventricula beat in the control group.The total effective rate of Lown classification was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclution:1)Badiranjibuya Mixture can effectively improve the overall efficacy of Traditional medicine syndromes;2)Badiranjibuya mixture shortens the QT period,reduces the total number of premature ventricula beat,improves the total curative effect of Premature ventricula beat;3)Badiranjibuya Mixture can effectively improve the Lown classification of patients with stable angina pectoris combined with Premature ventricula beat;...
