Clinical Study On Jieyu Ningxin Mixture In Treatment Of Premature Beat Accompanied Anxiety Disorder

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Jieyu Ningxin mixture in treatment of premature beat accompanied anxiety disorder. Methods:one hundred patients of premature beat accompanied anxiety disorder were randomly assigned to two groups, 50patients in treatment group were treated with Jieyu Ningxin mixture and 50 in control group treated with Rytmonorm and Alprazolam, The treatment course was 4 weeks. To observe the symptom efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,holter,Hamilton anxiety rating scale (HAMA) and side effect before and after treatment. Result:Jieyu Ningxin mixture showed a significant effect on the symptom efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, the total effect rate being 86.0%, higher than that 76.0% in control group (p<0.05); Along with the improving of anxiety disorder in treatment group superior to that in control group (p<0.05).Results:Jieyu Ningxin mixture can reduce the quantity of total premature beat, improve the anxiety disorder.
