Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Ventricular Premature Beat (the Syndromeof Phlegm Stasis) Using Xin Jining Pill

Objective： To observation of clinical efficacy and safety of treatment ofcoronary heart disease with ventricular premature beat (The syndrome of phlegmstasis)using Xin Jining pill, in order to provide a basis for treatment of coronaryheart disease with ventricular premature beat treated from phlegm and stasis.Methods：60patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided intotreatment group and control group,30cases in each group. The treatment groupwere given palpitations pills,10g each time,3times a day. Patients in the controlgroup oral metoprolol tartrate tablets (Betaloc),25mg each time,2times a day.The treatment lasted for28days. Observation of the two groups of patients withclinical symptoms, ECG, ventricular premature contraction frequency changesare dynamic ECG recording and safety indicators, such as blood, urine routine,liver function, renal function and so on. All data were analyzed by statisticalsoftware SPSS15.0.Results：1. Compare two sets of patients baseline data, the difference was notstatistically significant (P>0.05), two groups are comparable.2. Comparison ofcurative effect of ventricular extrasystole: two groups had significantdifferences in internal comparisons (P<0.05); after the treatment, there wassignificantly difference between two groups (P<0.05).3. Comparison of curativeeffect of electrocardiogram（ECG）: The comparison of the heart rate: There weresignificant differences in the comparisons of before and after treatment in twogroups(P<0.05); after treatment, there was a significant difference comparedbetween the two groups (P<0.05); There were no statistically significantdifferences in the comparisons of PR interval、 QT interval in both twogroups(P>0.05).4. Comparison of single syndrome curative effect: Comparisonin groups, there were significant differences in comparison of single syndrome points of palpitation、 shortness of breath and lassitude in two groups(P<0.05);The treatment group have statistical significance in the comparison of singlesyndrome points such as, chest distress and chest pain, distention and fullness,mouth sticky and much sputum,(P<0.05); But control group have no statisticalsignificance (P>0.05); between two groups, there were significant differences incomparison of single syndrome points of palpitation、 shortness of breath andlassitude,(P<0.05), but no difference in comparison of single syndrome pointsof chest distress and chest pain, distention and fullness, mouth sticky and muchsputum (P>0.05); Comparation of TCM total score, there were significantdifference in and between two groups(P<0.05); Comparation of curative effectof TCM syndrome score, there were significant difference in and between twogroups(P<0.05).5. Safety observation: safety index all did not appear abnormalin both two groups during the trials, there were no adverse events in both groups,and there were no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions：1.Curative effect of VPB: effect of treatment group was superior tocontrol group, Xin Jining pill is superior to Betaloc in treatment of VPB (Thesyndrome of phlegm stasis).2.The comparison of the ECG: There was no differencebetween the two groups in the comparison of electrocardiogram curative effect, bothgroups can improve heart rate, but Xin Jining pill is better than Betaloc; Xin Jiningpill won’t affect PR interval and QT interval, and won’t cause arrhythmia.3.Thecurative effect of TCM syndrome: Both groups can improve syndromes, but thetreatment group was better than control group. There were no significant differencebetween two groups in treatment of the syndromes of palpitation、shortness of breathand lassitude, but in treatment of the syndromes of chest distress and chest pain,distention and fullness, mouth sticky and much sputum, Xin Jining pill is betterthan Betaloc.4.In safety: Xin Jining pill was safety in the treatment of VPB.
