| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of PHN,and to provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of PHN.Methods: 64 patients with PHN(syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis)were selected.According to the order of outpatient treatment, patients were randomly assigned to two groups(experimental group and control group)in a 1:1 ratio, with 32 cases in each group. The treatment course of the two groups was 4 weeks,in which the experimental group was given the modified Taohong Siwu Decoction(manufactured by Jiangyin Tianjiang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.;Its components were peach kernel 6g,safflower 6g,angelica 10 g,chuanxiong 10 g,white peony 10 g,and cooked ground 10 g,etc.).Chinese medicine formula granules treatment.Directions: Take one dose a day, once in the morning and once in the evening,200 ml warm boiled water. The control group was treated with pregabalin capsule(trade name: Leruke, the national drug approval number of H20130073,manufacturer: Chongqing Saiwei Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.).Taking method: oral;75mg,the frequency is morning and evening. At the same time, two groups of patients were given health education and related psychological counseling, and patients were told to pay attention to moderate rest to prevent overwork; On the other hand, try to keep your mood cheerful and relaxed, and divert your attention appropriately to avoid excessive anxiety.By filling in the self-made clinical questionnaire of postherpetic neuralgia; The patients were followed up at week 2(VAS score)and week 4(VAS,SAS,PSQI score),respectively.Statistical analysis was used to compare the effect difference between the two groups before and after treatment.According to the conclusions, the therapeutic effect of the two groups on PHN patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis was objectively evaluated.RESULTS: Compared with before treatment,VAS scores in both groups were significantly decreased after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, with statistical significance in both groups(P=0,P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group at two time points before treatment(P=0.771)and 4 weeks after treatment(P=0.213).After 2 weeks of treatment, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups.Comparison of VAS scores before treatment and 4 weeks of treatment between the two groups was statistically analyzed(P=0 for both groups,P<0.01),suggesting that both groups had statistical significance. There was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P=0.771)and after 4 weeks of treatment(P=0.213).After treatment,SAS score and PSQI score were significantly improved in the two groups compared with those before treatment, and there were statistically significant differences in the results by Wilcoxon’s signed rank test. The recovery rate was 80.0% in the experimental group and 53.3% in the control group.Chi-square test showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups. The effective rate of the experimental group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.7%).After continuous modified chi-square test,X2=0.873,P=0.35,P>0.05.There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups. The efficacy of the two groups was analyzed by Mann-Whitney U test, and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Both groups can significantly relieve the pain of herpes zoster patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. After 2 weeks of treatment,Taohong Siwu Decoction had a better pain relief effect than pregabalin in patients with postherpetic neuralgia, and the two groups had the same pain relief effect after 4 weeks of treatment.Anxiety and sleep were improved significantly in both groups. Both groups had significant curative effect. In terms of curative effect and effective rate, the two groups had the same effect, but in terms of curative effect,Taohong Siwu decoction was obviously stronger than pregabalin. |
