Clinical Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Gynecological Enema On Treating Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Of Dampness And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the influence in the the abdominal lumbosacral pain,total integral of traditional Chinese medicine,local signs and CRP of Nei Yan Fang decoctionc ombined with Gynecological enema on treating SPID of dampness and blood stasis.For now,hoping there will be more chances for clinical treatment about SPID,this treatment can make the SPID extend.Methods:Time of the Case collection:Feb~2019 to Sep~2019.Case collected totally60 patients from gynecology clinic of Fujian Nanping People’ Hospital.There were 30 patients randomly being assigned to be treated with Nei Yan Fang decoction,began totake medicine from the third day after menses ending,keeping 10 days and 3 menstrual cycles.And being assigned to enema of Gynecological enema ending,began to takemedicine from the third day after menses ending,before going to bed,keeping 10 days and3 menstrual cycles.The control group of 30 patients were treated by Kangfuyan capsule,began taking this medicine from the third day after menses ending,keeping 10 days and 3 menstrual cycles.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,duiation of disease,the abdominal lumbosacral pain,total integral of traditional Chinese medicine,local signs and CRP(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Gynecological enema liquid in the treatment of SPID of dampness and blood stasis type was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 83.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).3.Compare with this two groups among the abdominal lumbosacral pain,total integral of traditional Chinese medicine,local signs and CRP.The diversity has statistics sense(P<0.01);There was no statistics sense compare with two groups CRP(P>0.05);There were some sense of statistics before the patients taking this treatment for shorten the abdominal lumbosacral pain,total integral of traditional Chinese medicine,local signs(P<0.01),but the traditional Chinese medicine combined with Gynecological enema group’s curative effect was much better than the Kangfuyan capsule group’s.Conclusion:1.In the treatment of the SPID of dampness and blood stasis,Nei Yan Fangdecoction combined with Gynecological enema was used.No toxic side effects and adverse reactions were found.It can effectively improve the abdominal lumbosacral pain,total integral of traditional Chinese medicine,local signs and CRP,which can reduce the recurrence of PID and improve the quality of life.2.Experimental group is much betterthan control group in improving abdominal lumbosacral pain,clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and local signstotal.The improvement of CRP was similar to that of Kangfuyan capsule group.3.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with gynecological enema can be used to treat the SPID of dampness and blood stasis,which can be used dialectically,and therectum can be reserved for multichannel,so that the medicinecan reach the deep focusof the pelvic cavity and carry out multitarget treatment,so the effect is better.
