| Objective : This topic through the observation of the clinical efficacy of deep acupuncture at Huiyin acupoint combined with pressing needles in the treatment of Chong-Ren disorder type breast hyperplasia,as well as the changes in the levels of estrogen and progesterone before and after treatment,to explore the effectiveness of this method in the treatment of breast hyperplasia and regulating the body’s secretion.Methods:Collected patients from December 2018 to October 2020 in the Fourth Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Shanxi Provincial Acupuncture Hospital and Department of Gynecology,Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,who met the inclusion criteria for breast hyperplasia of Chong Ren disordered.Numbered according to the order of visits,and randomly divided into control group and test group at a ratio of 1:1,with 35 cases in each group.Randomized and self-controlled methods were used.The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with deep needling of Huiyin(CV1)point.Acupoints are mainly combined with pressing acupuncture treatment for a total of 3menstrual cycles.The improvement of symptoms of patients with glandular hyperplasia is observed,and the levels of estrogen and progesterone before and after treatment and breast color Doppler ultrasound are used as observation indicators.The data obtained is calculated using SPSS 25.0.analysis.Results:1.Total effective rate: The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 88.23% and 79.41% respectively.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.According to the X2 test,the effective rates of the two groups were statistically different after treatment(P< 0.05),indicating that deep needling of Huiyin point combined with ear acupuncture is better than traditional acupuncture in treating breast hyperplasia.2.Breast pain score: After treatment,the breast pain scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between the groups,the improvement degree of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group(P< 0.05).3.Breast mass score: After treatment,the treatment group and the control group improved breast mass hardness,breast mass size,and breast mass distribution.The scores of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05);comparison between the groups,the treatment group It was better than the control group in improving the size and distribution of breast masses(P<0.05).The treatment group had no statistically significant difference compared with the control group in improving the hardness of breast masses(P>0.05).4.Concomitant symptom score: After treatment,the treatment group and the control group improved in menstrual disorders,backache,fatigue,fatigue,tongue and pulse,the scores of the two groups were reduced(P<0.05);comparison between groups,treatment The group was better than the control group in improving menstrual disorders and tongue pulse,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups in improving backache and fatigue and fatigue(P>0.05).5.Estrogen and progesterone levels: After treatment,both the treatment group and the control group can effectively reduce the estrogen level and increase the progesterone level(P<0.05);comparison between the groups,the treatment group is superior in regulating the level of estrogen and progesterone Control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both the treatment group and the control group can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with Chong-Ren disorders of breast hyperplasia,and can benignly regulate the level of estrogen and progesterone in the body;2.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in adjusting the level of estrogen and progesterone,as well as improving breast pain,breast lumps size,breast lumps distribution,mental fatigue and menstrual disorders. |
