The Clinical Research Of Treatment Of The Method Of Sparsing Liver And Restoring Kidney In Mammary Gland Hyperplasia

Objective:Therapeutic effects of the method of sparsing liver and restoring kidney to patients compared with using "ruzengning" in treating mammary gland hyperplasia trough studying clinical trial are observed in this subject,in order to demonstrate the validity of the method of sparsing liver and restoring kidney to patients in treating mammary gland hyperplasia. At the same time, coming to the conclusion that this method is compliant to patients with liver-Qi stagnation with phlegm or with incoordination between chong and ren meridians.Means:Chose 120 mammary gland hyperplasia patients with. liver-Qi stagnation with phlegm or with incoordination between chong and ren meridians,and randomize them equally into a treatment group(including 60 patients) and a control group(including 60 patients).The treatment group received the treatment of the method of sparsing liver and restoring kidney, dividing into before the menses and after the menses.Before the menses,we use the prescription to sparse the liver-Qi and warm the kidney-Yang with 14 doses.Between the menses,we stop the treatment.After the menses,we use the prescription to sparse the liver-Qi and warm the kidney-Yang and nourish the kidney-Yin with 7 doses.All the prescriptions cooperate with propelling Qi flow and promoting blood circulation and eliminating the phlegm.The control group received the treatment to take "ruzengning"with 21 days except the menses.The two groups received the correponding treatment for 2 continuous months.After treatment,the changes of both clinical syndromes,such as pain and tenderness of breast, quality and distributing and size of the biggest lump in breast, in addition,the change of glandular thickness.Results:The method of sparsing liver and restoring kidney can alleviate pain and tenderness of breast more effectively than the "ruzengning" control group(P<0.05).However,the effect on softing the lump and controling the development of the lump is similar with the "ruzengning" control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The method of sparsing liver and restoring kidney can effectively alleviate pain and tenderness of breast and softing the lump and controling the development of the lump.
