Clinical Study On Therapeutic Effect Of Deep Needling Huiyin (Ren1) Group On Cystic Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of deep acupuncture of huiyin（CV1）group on cystic hyperplasia of breast and the effect of estrogen and progesterone,and to provide an effective treatment for cystic hyperplasia of breast.Methods:Forty-four patients with cystic hyperplasia of breast who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the deep acupuncture of huiyin（CV1）group and the conventional needling group,22 cases in each group,namely the treatment group and the control group.By comparing the scores of symptoms and signs before and after treatment,the contents of estrogen（E₂）and progesterone（P）in venous blood before and after treatment,and the changes of breast color Doppler ultrasound before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy of deep acupuncture of huiyin（CV1）group was observed.SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were86.36%and 81.82%,respectively.There was no statistical difference（P>0.05）,indicating that both groups were effective in the treatment of cystic hyperplasia of breast,and the curative effect was similar.Both groups can alleviate the symptoms of breast pain and breast mass in patients with cystic breast hyperplasia,and improve the accompanying symptoms such as waist and knee,menstruation,blood stasis and so on.However,there was a significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.2.The levels of estrogen and progesterone in the two groups were significantly lower than before and after treatment（P<0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.There was a significant difference in breast mass（size,range）between groups by breast color Doppler ultrasound（P<0.05）,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of deep acupuncture of huiyin（CV1）group can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with cystic hyperplasia of breast,and has certain influence on the changes of estrogen and progesterone levels and the structure of color Doppler ultrasonography.It provides an effective method for the treatment of cystic hyperplasia of breast,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
