| Objective:This subject through clinical research observation of the effect of shuangshantengzhi paste(preparation of Shanxi Academy of Chinese Medicine)on phlebitis caused by chemotherapy,is committed to provide more effective and economic treatment methods for patients with chemotherapy-induced phlebitis,better display the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of modern diseases,and intervene early to treat peripheral vein injury after chemotherapy,To ensure the orderly progress of the treatment process,alleviate the patients’ physical and mental pain,improve the quality of life,and enrich the current methods for the treatment of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis Methods:From January 2020 to December 2020,the patients with chemotherapy-induced phlebitis,who were treated in the inpatient department and outpatient department of Shanxi Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,were observed.They were divided into two groups: shuangxiangtengzhitie group(treatment group)and Xiliaotuo ointment group(control group).Specific observers recorded the basic clinical information.According to the contents of the registration form,complete,accurate and correct records were made,including general information(gender,age,past medical history,times of chemotherapy,coagulation test,etc.),phlebitis classification,total TCM symptom score,blood coagulation test,etc.before and after treatment Single symptom score,onset time,pain score,venous color Doppler ultrasound and safety were recorded in Excel,and SPSS statistical software was used for statistical analysis to make the final evaluation of clinical efficacy.Results:In this study,64 cases were included,32 cases in each group,including 2 cases in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group.The final number of included cases was60 cases,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.Through statistical analysis,the general situation analysis of the two groups was comparable.(1)Comparison of phlebitis grades: the results showed that there was statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of phlebitis level.(2)The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the two groups could improve the symptoms of TCM;(2)The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The therapeutic group had better curative effect on improving the TCM symptoms than the control group.(3)The total effective rate of TCM was 93% in the treatment group and 77% in the control group.The statistical analysis showed that the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(4)The comparison of single syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine:(1)the scores of single syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were significantly decreased after the comparison before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)The results showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant in skin color and skin fever(P > 0.05).(5)Pain relief: the pain relief of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(6)Effective time: there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05);(7)The condition of color Doppler ultrasound: the discovery of double IVC Zhizhi paste can improve the range of patients with chemotherapy phlebitis(P < 0.05).(8)Safety evaluation: during the treatment,no other adverse reactions such as skin allergy occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Compared with Hirudoid,although the effect time of Shuang Tengzhi paste is not significantly different from that of the control group,it can effectively improve the symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine,especially for pain and swelling,and can effectively reduce the rating of phlebitis and pain score,and explore that shuangshantengzhi paste can improve the scope of patients with chemotherapy-induced phlebitis. |
