Objective:The purpose of this clinical trial is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Ji Zhi Bing Shao granule in the prevention of acute radiation esophagitis by observing the clinical efficacy of Ji Zhi Bing Shao granule in the prevention of acute radiation esophagitis,so as to provide clinical basis for the preparation of Ji Zhi Bing Shao granule in Shanxi Traditional Chinese medicine hospital and its further application.Methods:A total of 64 patients with central lung cancer were randomly divided into experimental group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases)according to the ratio of 1:1.The experimental group was treated with Ji Zhi Bing Shao granule and Ji Zhi Bing Shao granule on the day of radiotherapy until the end of radiotherapy;the control group was treated with radiotherapy alone.The incidence of acute radiation esophagitis,the grade of esophagitis,the occurrence time,the duration,the change of KPS score and the completion rate of radiotherapy were recorded.The safety indexes of blood routine,liver function and renal function were recorded before and after radiotherapy.Objective to analyze the efficacy and safety of Ji Zhi Bing Shao granule in the prevention of acute radiation esophagitis.Results:(1)At the end of radiotherapy,the incidence of acute radiation esophagitis in the control group was 96.7%,which was higher than 73.3% in the experimental group(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of grade 2 and above acute radiation esophagitis in the control group was 83.3%,which was higher than 26.7% in the experimental group(P<0.05).(3)The occurrence time of acute radiation esophagitis in the control group was(15.45± 2.45)days,and that in the experimental group was(18.91 ±3.99)days.The occurrence time of acute radiation esophagitis in the experimental group was later than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The duration of symptoms in the control group was(25.52 ± 4.60)days,and that in the experimental group was(22.82±3.37)days.The duration of symptoms in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)At the end of radiotherapy,the increase rate of KPS score in the control group was3.3%,the stability rate was 60.0%,and the decrease rate was 36.7%.The increase rate of KPS score in the experimental group was 6.7%,the stability rate was 80.0%,and the decrease rate was 13.3%.The increase rate and stability rate of KPS in the control group before and after radiotherapy were lower than those in the experimental group,and the decrease rate was higher than that in the experimental group,with statistical difference between the two groups(P=0.045<0.05).(5)The completion rate of radiotherapy in the control group was 73.3%,which was significantly lower than 93.3% in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ji Zhi Bing Shao granule can effectively delay the occurrence time of acute radiation esophagitis,shorten the duration of symptoms,reduce the incidence of acute radiation esophagitis,reduce the degree of clinical grading,effectively improve the KPS score of patients,and improve the completion rate of radiotherapy.No obvious adverse reactions and side effects occurred during the trial,and no adverse events occurred,which confirmed its safety and long-term curative effect,which is worthy of further promotion.
