Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Localized Neurodermatitis By Needle Knife Loosening Jiaji Point Combined With Local Fire Needle

Objective:By observing the clinical effect and the incidence of the follow-up period of localized neurodermatitis treated with needle knife loosening Jiaji point and local fire needle,and to evaluate the difference of curative effect against westernmedicine group.It provides a new treatment idea and corresponding theoretical basis for clinical treatment of localized neurodermatitis and improving the long-term curative effect.Methods : The 52 patients with localized neurodermatitis who met the diagnostic criteria and included the criteria were randomly assigned to the treatment group in 26 cases.The treatment period was 6 weeks and the follow-up period was 8 weeks.At different time nodes,the skin lesion score,pruritus score and skin disease quality of life index(DLQI)of the two groups were observed,and the curative effect and long-term effect of needle knife loosening Jiaji point combined with local fire needle in the treatment of localized neurodermatitis were evaluated and analyzed.Results:1.compared and analyzed the scores of skin lesions,pruritus and DLQI before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),which showed that the above two treatment schemes were effective and could significantly improve the symptoms of the patients.After treatment,there was no significant difference in skin lesions score between the two groups(P>0.05),which indicated that the two methods had the same effect on the improvement of skin lesions in patientswith localized neurodermatitis.There was significant difference in pruritus score and DLQI score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that needleknife combined with fire needle therapy can improve pruritus symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients better than western medicine treatment.2.the treatment group and control group after treatment and follow-up 1 month,2months after the change of skin lesions score,itching score and DLQI score,the treatment group P>0.05,the difference is not statistically significant,indicating that the follow-up 1month,2 months still have curative effect;control group P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant,indicating that the follow-up 1 month,2 months,the effect gradually eluted;compare the follow-up 1 month,2 months at the two groups of indicators,P<0.05,The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the long-term effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in improving skin lesions,relieving itching and improving the quality of life of patients.3.The total effective rate of needle knife combined with fire needle treatment group was 92 and that of western medicine external control group was 84.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.But the effective rate of treatment group was 92% higher than that of control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture and knife combined with local fire needle and western medicine intervention have certain curative effects on the treatment of limited neurodermatitis,improving its clinical symptoms and improving the quality of life of patients,but the curative effect of the treatment group is more obvious than the control group.2.Needle knife combined with fire needle therapy is effective in improving skin lesions,itching and quality of life in patients.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
