Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Lianbai Pill Combined With Huozhen In The Treatment Of Neurodermatitis (Rheumatic Skin Accumulation Syndrome)

Purpose: To observe the improvement of subjective and objective symptoms in patients with neurodermatitis(rheumatic skin accumulation syndrome)treated with Lianbaiwan combined with fire acupuncture,and provide reference for the clinical treatment of neurodermatitis(rheumatic skin accumulation syndrome).Methods: 66 cases of neurodermatitis(rheumatism skin syndrome)were randomly selected from the dermatology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2022 to February 2023,and clinical observation was carried out with the informed consent of the patients.Randomly divide them into a treatment group and a control group.During the treatment process,one patient in the control group needed to take other drugs,which resulted in detachment.32 cases were actually completed,while 33 cases were completed without detachment in the treatment group.In terms of treatment methods,the treatment group was treated with oral Lianbai Pill combined with external fire needle therapy,while the control group was treated with antihistamine oral Epistine Hydrochloride Capsules combined with fire needle therapy.One week was a course of treatment,and patients in both groups were treated continuously for four weeks.By observing the changes in subjective and objective symptom scores before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment,statistical methods were used to analyze whether the differences between the two groups were statistically significant,in order to evaluate the efficacy of Lianbai Pill combined with Huozhen in treating neurodermatitis(rheumatic skin accumulation syndrome).Result: 1.Intragroup comparison: The objective and subjective symptom scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment at different periods showed statistically significant differences(p<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of both groups of patients improved.2.Inter group comparison: There was a statistically significant difference in objective and subjective symptom scores between the two groups of patients before and after treatment during the same period(p<0.05).The treatment effect of Lianbai Pill combined with fire needle is better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of total effective rate: The total effective rate in the treatment group was96.97%,while the control group was 75.00%,with a statistically significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Lianbai Pill combined with Huozhen can effectively treat neurodermatitis(rheumatic skin accumulation syndrome).2.The efficacy of Lianbai Pill combined with Huozhen is better than that of Epistine Hydrochloride Capsules combined with Huozhen.
