| Objective: To detect the expression of metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma-1(MALAT-1),forkhead box transcription factor M1(Fox M1)and nerve growth factor(NGF)in the serum of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and to explore the significance of MALAT-1,Fox M1 and NGF in the clinical diagnosis of NSCLC.The relationship between the expression and the clinical characteristics of the patients was analyzed. Methods: 60 NSCLC patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the experimental group and 60 healthy people in the same period as the control group. The expression levels of serum MALAT-1 in the experimental group and control group were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR,and the expression levels of Fox M1 and NGF in the serum of the experimental group and control group were detected by ELISA,and the relationship between them and the clinicopathological characteristics of NSCLC was analyzed The relationship between the expression of MALAT-1,Fox M1 and NGF and the clinicopathological characteristics(sex, age, smoking history, tumor TNM stage, tissue type, lymph node metastasis and differentiation degree)of NSCLC patients was analyzed by t-test.The correlation between the expression of MALAT-1,Fox M1 and NGF was analyzed by Spearman’s rank correlation method. Results: 1.The expression of MALAT-1,Fox M1 and NGF in NSCLC patients was higher than that in healthy people, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);2.The AUC,sensitivity and specificity of MALAT-1,Fox M1 and NGF in the diagnosis of NSCLC were 0.82,70.97%,72.41%;0.74,64.41%,63.93%;0.84,77.59% and 75.81%;The AUC of NSCLC was 0.86,0.92 and 0.87,with sensitivity of 77.78%,83.61% and 79.03%,and specificity of 80.70%,84.75%,81.03%;The combined detection of AUC,sensitivity and specificity were 0.94,82.26% and 84.48%;3.The expression of MALAT-1 was related to the tissue type and differentiation degree of lung cancer(P < 0.05),but not to the TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P> 0.05).The expression of Fox M1 was related to the differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis of lung cancer(P < 0.05),and to the group The expression of NGF was related to the tissue type and TNM stage of lung cancer(P< 0.05),but not to the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis of lung cancer(P > 0.05);the expression of MALAT-1,Fox M1 and NGF were not affected by age, gender and smoking history(P > 0.05);the expression of MALAT-1 and Fox M1 was positively correlated(r = 0.326,P < 0.05),and the expression of Fox M1 was positively correlated with the expression of NGF There was also a positive correlation between the expression of malat-1 and NGF(r = 0.496,P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The increased expression of MALAT-1,Fox M1 and NGF in the serum of NSCLC patients may become a marker for the serological diagnosis of NSCLC,and the combination of MALAT-1,Fox M1 and NGF can significantly improve the diagnostic efficacy of NSCLC.2.The expressions of MALAT-1,NGF and Fox M1 were positively correlated in NSCLC,while the expressions of MALAT-1 and NGF were not significantly correlated in NSCLC. |
