Objective: Detect the expressions of FoxM1 and IL-27 in lung adenocarcinoma and para-carcinoma tissues,and analyze the correlation between the clinical pathological features and the expressions which FoxM1 and IL-27,then reanalysis of expression correlation of FoxM1 and IL-27 in LAC.Methods: Collected cases with lung cancer in First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University,between December 2015 to August 2017,and after Lung cancer surgery,histology results was lung adenocarcinoma,in the meantime we chose para-carcinoma tissues as controls.The each group number of cases was 82.Used IHC detect FoxM1 and IL-27 protein expression in the organization.Chi-square used to analyze the relationship between the expression of FoxM1 and IL-27 and the clinical pathological features of patients(gender,age,smoking,TNM stage,differentiated degree,and lymphatic metastasis),Spearman correlation analysis used to analyze the relationship in expressions between FoxM1 and IL-27.Results: 1.The positive expression rate of FoxM1 in LAC was 45.1%,the positive expression rate of FoxM1 in para-carcinoma tissues was 13.4%,which was significantly higher than that in para-carcinoma tissues(P<0.05),and its expression was correlated with the degree of tissue differentiation,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),however,it didn’t have relationship with the patient’s age,gender,smoking(P>0.05).2.The positive expression rate of IL-27 in LAC was 41.5%,the positive rate of IL-27 in para-carcinoma tissues was 69.5%.The expression of IL-27 in LAC was significantly lower than that in normal tissues(P<0.05),and its expression was correlated with smoking history and the degree of tissuedifferentiation(P<0.05),it didn’t have relationship with the patient’s age,gender,TNM stage,and lymphatic metastasis(P>0.05).3.Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that FoxM1 and IL-27 expression in LAC was negatively correlated(r =-0.415,P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.The positive expression rate of FoxM1 and IL-27 in LAC and the positive expression rate in para-carcinoma tissues were significantly different,suggesting that FoxM1 and IL-27 may be related to the occurrence and development of LAC.2.The expression of FoxM1 was correlated with the degree of tissue differentiation,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis,suggesting that FoxM1 may be involved in the progression and metastasis of LAC.3.The expression of IL-27 was related to the tissue differentiation and smoking history of LAC,suggesting that IL-27 may inhibit the progression of LAC.4.The expression of FoxM1 and IL-27 was negatively correlated in LAC.
