ObjectiveBy investigating the current status and influencing factors of the psychological resilience of the main caregivers of patients with glioma,and referring to the influencing factors of the psychological resilience of the main caregivers of patients with glioma,we formulate targeted nursing intervention strategies,with a view to be the main care for patients with glioma Provide effective nursing support,improve the psychological flexibility of caregivers,and reduce psychological pressure and burden of care.MethodsThis study selected patients and their main caregivers who met the selection criteria in the neurosurgery ward of two tertiary A hospitals in Zhengzhou from September 2019 to June 2020 as the research objects,using glioma patients and their main caregivers Analyze the psychological resilience,coping style and social support status of the main caregivers of patients with glioma using the general information questionnaire,Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale,Simple Coping Style Scale and Social Support Rating Scale,using multiple linear regression analysis Influencing factors of the psychological resilience of the main caregivers of patients with glioma,then 60 main caregivers of patients with glioma were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,and they received conventional health education programs and targeted interventions.Plan,compare the psychological resilience score and coping style score of the two groups of main caregivers.Results1.Status of mental resilience: The total score of the mental resilience of the main caregivers of patients with glioma is(67.16±7.88),which is at a medium level;through comparative analysis of the psychological resilience scores of carers with different characteristics,it is found that different genders,ages,There are significant differences in the psychological resilience scores of caregivers with patients’ relationship,education level,marital status,occupation,time of caring for patients,and prevalence of chronic diseases(P<0.05);2.Current status of coping styles: The main caregivers of patients with glioma have a positive coping score of(21.51±7.58)points and a negative coping score of(13.51±6.22)points,indicating that caregivers are more inclined to adopt positive coping styles;Through the comparative analysis of the coping style scores of caregivers with different characteristics,it is found that there are significant differences in the coping style scores of caregivers with different gender,age,relationship with patients,education,marital status,occupation,time of caring for patients,and prevalence of chronic diseases(P <0.05);3.Current status of social support: the total score of social support for the main caregivers of patients with glioma is(38.31±11.13);through a comparative analysis of the social support scores of caregivers with different characteristics,it is found that different genders,ages,relationships with patients,There are significant differences in the scores of coping styles of caregivers in terms of education level,marital status,occupation,time of caring for patients,and prevalence of chronic diseases(P<0.05);4.Psychological resilience factors: the gender of patients with glioma and the gender,age of the main caregiver,relationship with the patient,time taken care of the patient,active coping and social support are divided into influencing factors of the psychological resilience of the main caregiver of glioma patients(P<0.05);5.Intervention effect: The scores and total scores of the psychological resilience of the two groups of caregivers before intervention,coping scores and care burdens were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the two groups of caregivers intervened The scores and total scores of all dimensions of psychological resilience,active coping score were higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the intervention group was higher than the control group(P <0.05);The negative coping scores and care burden of caregivers in the two groups were significantly lower than before the intervention(P<0.05)after the intervention,and the intervention group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The overall level of psychological resilience of the main caregivers of patients with glioma is at a medium level;the social support is relatively low,but the coping style is still active;2.The gender of patients with glioma and the gender and age of the main caregiver,relationship with the patient,time taken care of the patient,active coping and social support are divided into factors affecting the psychological resilience of the main caregiver of glioma patients;3.According to the psychological elasticity of the main caregivers of patients with glioma,a targeted intervention plan can be formulated,which can effectively improve the psychological elasticity of the caregivers.
