Clinical Observation On The Effects Of Wulingsan Combined With Guizhi Fulingwan On Cardiac Function CO And SVR In Patients With Heart Failure (yang Deficiency And Water Flooding Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effect of Wuling Powder and Guizhi Fuling Pill on cardiac function CO and SVR in patients with heart failure(yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome),and to verify the clinical effect of Wuling Powder and Guizhi Fuling Pill on heart failure(yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome)by means of cardiac function CO,SVR and other indicators.By comparing the improvement of clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients with heart failure(yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome)before and after treatment,we further explore the clinical efficacy and advantages of Wuling Powder and Guizhi Fuling Pill in treating this disease,and evaluate its clinical treatment safety.Methods: From April 2022 to February 2023,this study collected a total of 60 patients in the Department of Cardiovascular Rehabilitation,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,who met the standard of Naturalization.According to the order of patients coming to the hospital,they were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of random number table: 30 cases in the test group(traditional Chinese medicine+western medicine group)and 30 cases in the control group(western medicine group).Observe and compare the changes of cardiac function CO,SVR and other indexes of the two groups before and after treatment,observe the changes of TCM syndrome score,Lee’s score quantification score,cardiac function NYHA grade(patients with coronary heart disease),and further evaluate the improvement degree of Wuling Powder and Guizhi Fuling Pill on heart failure(yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome).By observing and recording the changes of TCM syndrome score,Lee’s score quantification score,NYHA classification of cardiac function(patients with coronary heart disease),the original data of patients were included in the SPSS25.0 statistical software,and the data were statistically calculated,analyzed and evaluated.Result:1.After treatment,the levels of CO(cardiac output),SVR(peripheral circulation resistance),NT-pro BNP,integral score of TCM syndrome,NYHA grade of cardiac function and lee’s score of heart failure in the two groups of patients with heart failure(yang deficiency and flooding syndrome)were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and there was significant difference in each index comparison(P<0.05);Compared with the control group(western medicine group),the therapeutic effect of the test group(traditional Chinese medicine+western medicine group)was significantly better than that of the control group(western medicine group).The data difference between the test group(traditional Chinese medicine+western medicine group)and the control group(western medicine group) was statistically significant,which confirmed that the improvement of heart failure(yang deficiency and flooding syndrome)in the former was significantly better than that in the latter(P<0.05).2.Comparison of comprehensive curative effect: according to the judgment of TCM syndrome score,NYHA classification of cardiac function,and lee’s score of heart failure: after treatment,the total effective rate(93.3%,90.0%,93.3%)of the test group(TCM+Western medicine group)was significantly higher than that of the control group(Western medicine group)(80.0%,80.0%,83.3%),and the difference between the above three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Therefore,the clinical efficacy of the test group(traditional Chinese medicine+western medicine group)is significantly better than that of the control group(western medicine group).3.The patients in the test group(traditional Chinese medicine+western medicine group)and the control group(western medicine group)did not have any side effects and adverse reactions during the hospital treatment,indicating that the treatment methods in both groups are safe.Conclusion: The treatment of the test group(Chinese medicine+western medicine group)and the control group(western medicine group)can improve the CO and SVR indexes of cardiac function in patients with heart failure(yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome),and also can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.However,the total physical treatment effect of the test group(Chinese medicine+western medicine group)is significantly better than that of the control group(western medicine group).This research scheme is safe and effective,without obvious adverse reactions,and is worthy of further study and promotion in clinical practice.
