| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the method of soothing the liver and clearing away heat on the headache of liver stagnation and fire resolving type,and to explore the mechanism of action,so as to provide reference and thinking for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:60 cases of headache were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with self-made formula Le Xiaoyao,and the control group was treated with Modified Xiaoyao oral liquid.After three courses of treatment,the total score of headache,the score of headache indexes and the score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups.Result:①Headache effect:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).②Curative effect of TCM syndrome:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).③Headache score:After treatment,the total score of headache in the two groups was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),the scores of headahce indicators in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),headache intensity is more obvious(P<0.01)(④TCM syndrome score:after treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the two groups was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The method of soothing the liver and clearing away heat has a significant effect on the treatment of headache of liver stagnation and fire transformation type.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the treatment rate,and the patients have a high degree of acceptance and good safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion. |
