| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Dishaohuaban Granule combined with Intense Pulse Light in the treatment of ephelides.Methods:64 patients with ephelides were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Dishaohuaban Granule(tutor’s self-prepared formula)combined with Intense Pulse Light used externally.The control group was given with Xiaoyao pill combined with Intense Pulse Light used externally.One course every 4 weeks,continue to observe 2 courses.Evaluation of the degree skin lesion regression and TCM symptoms after treatment.Finally,statistical processing is performed to compare the effectiveness and recorded to adverse reactions.Result:After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate,the cure rate and the cure rate of the treatment group were 96.88%、90.63%、81.25%,respectively.The total effective rate,the cure rate,and thecure rate of the control group were 90.00%、53.33%、30.00%,respectively.The difference of total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Dishaohuaban Granule combined with Intense Pulse Light treatment is effective in treating ephelides,and it is safe in clinical use.It can be used as a special treatment for ephelides treatment. |
