Clinical Efficacy Of QNd:YAG1064nm Laser Combined With Whitening And Freckle Removal Granules In The Treatment Of Melasma Under PTP

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Whitening and freckle removing granules combined with QNd:YAG1064nm laser in the treatment of chloasma.This study aims to explore the effectiveness of internal administration combined with external treatment from the perspective of integrated Chinese and western medicine,and to explore a safe and effective treatment scheme for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical chloasma.Further theoretical support and data support are provided for the study of this scheme.Methods:72 patients with chloasma of Qi stagnation and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups,including 36 patients in the treatment group and 36 patients in the control group.The experimental study was completed in 64 cases,including 3 cases in the treatment group and 5 cases in the control group.Finally,33 patients in the treatment group and 31 in the control group.Treatment group:oral Whitening and freckle removing granules,external hydroquinone cream,combined with QNd:YAG 1064nm laser treatment;Control group:topical hydroquinone cream,combined with QNd:YAG1064nm laser treatment.4 weeks was a course of treatment,and a total of 3 courses were observed.The changes of skin area and color in the treatment group and the control group were measured at the initial diagnosis and after each course of treatment,and corresponding scores were made and recorded.After the whole course of treatment,the data were statistically analyzed and the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results:①Before treatment,the age,course of disease,type,color and area of lesions in the treatment group and control group were statistically analyzed,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the comparison between the treatment group and the control group was significant.②After 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,the color score,area score and total score of skin lesions in the treatment group and the control group were statistically analyzed.There was no significant difference in total scores between the treatment group and the control group after 8 and 12 weeks of treatment,and in area scores and total scores between the control group after 8 and 12 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in color,area and total score of each course between and within the other groups(P<0.05).③After 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effect index was 31.10%,42.19%and 52.48%,respectively.The efficacy index of the control group was 24.45%,33.90%and 41.39%,respectively.After statistical analysis,the efficacy index of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)After 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group were 84.85%,93.94%and 96.97%,respectively.The total effective rates of the control group were 67.74%,80.65%and 83.87%,respectively.The effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Whitening and freckle removing Granules combined with QNd:YA G1064nm laser in the treatment of chloasma has definite clinical effect,and has ob vious advantages over the control group.
