Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of ultra-low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with gross motor function rehabilitation training on children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods: From April 2016 to April 2019,children with spastic cerebral palsy treated in our hospital were selected,144 children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=72)or the control group(n=72)using the random number table method.Children in the experimental group received ultra-low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(r TMS)combined with gross motor function rehabilitation training, while those in the control group received sham r TMS combined with gross motor function rehabilitation training. Before and 28 days after the treatment, the gross motor function, muscle tone, electroencephalogram and daily life ability of the children in the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: Before the treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the gross motor function score, muscle tone score, electroencephalogram(EEG)and daily life ability score(P> 0.05).After 28 days treatment,intra-group comparison results showed that there were significant differences between before and after treatment in both group in the term of the gross motor function, daily living ability, and the(δ+θ)/(α+β)values of FP1,C3,T3,F7,F3 spectrum(P<0.05).The improvement of the above indexes in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.001).The efficiency of muscle tension improvement in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).Conclusion: The clinical effect of ultra-low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with gross motor function rehabilitation training in children with spastic cerebral palsy is better than that of gross motor function rehabilitation training only, which can improve the gross function, the muscle tone, the ability of daily life, the brain electrical activity of the children with spastic cerebral palsy and worth of clinical application.
