| Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of the Nape Seven Needles on Infantile enuresis with kidney-qi deficiency.Methods: 64 children were randomly divided into Nape Seven Needles group(treatment group)and routine acupuncture group(control group),the enuresis and TCM syndrome scores of children before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the efficacy.Results: the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of comprehensive efficacy and TCM symptoms,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in terms of the number of enuresis and the improvement of sleep for the main disease,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group had obvious advantages in the improvement of secondary symptoms such as low complexion,soft waist and knee,and less qi and lazy speech,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of mental burnout,chills and cold limbs,self-sweating and forgetfulness,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: both therapies can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the children,and the Nape Seven Needles group is better than the conventional acupuncture group. |
