| Objective:To explore a better way to promote wound healing after breast cancer surgery,through clinical comparative research,observe the effect of Qingshi Huayu Prescription on various incision complications and wound healing after breast cancer surgery,and analyze its curative effectMethods:A total of 67 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group(34 patients)and control group(33 patients).After modified radical mastectomy for unilateral breast cancer,the control group was given conventional basic and symptomatic treatment after surgery.On the basis of the treatment in the control group,the treatment group was continuously treated with Chinese medicine decoction Qingshi Huayu recipe on the 1st to 12th day after operation for 12 days of cl inical medication observation.Relevant indexes of postoperative drainage,skin flap,incision inflammation,infection and other aspects of the two groups were recorded respectively.Results:(1)The drainage volume,total drainage volume,drainage-related symptom score,total points,and drainage volume decrease rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group every 24 hours after operation,and the drainage volume,drainage symptom score and total score on the 2nd to 12th days after operation in the treatment group were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the drainage volume reduction rate was not significantly different(P>0.05).The incidence of subcutaneous hydrops after extubation in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the time for drainage tube to take tube was shorter.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The skin flap appearance score,evaluation score,skin flap necrosis score and skin flap necrosis incidence rate on the 2nd,4th,6th and 8th days after operation in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)On the 2nd,4th,6th and 8th day after operation,the score of incision inflammatory infection symptoms and the total score of evaluation in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The wound healing status in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)No obvious toxic and side effects were found in the two groups during the treatment and observation period,and the results of various examinations were approximately the same as before treatment.Conclusion:The addition and subtraction of Qingshi Huayu Prescription has significant effects in all aspects of promoting wound healing,and has small safety and side effects,which helps improve the quality of life of patients after surgery,and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
