Objective:By observing the effects of Ginseng Siwu Decoction on the efficacy of TCM symptoms of cardiac microvascular angina pectoris, angina pectoris symptoms, treadmill exercise test, hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),plasma lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2) Analyze its clinical effect on cardiac microvascular angina pectoris, and break through the bottleneck of western medicine treatment in the treatment of cardiac microvascular angina,so that traditional Chinese medicine can become an effective supplement to western medicine. Methods:The diagnosis of cardiac microvascular angina pectoris was performed by random number table method. The syndrome differentiation of TCM was both deficiency of Qi and Yin.Control group: oral administration of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets 47.5mg qd,nicorandil 5 mg tid, trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets 20 mg tid, rosuvastatin calcium tablets according to the patient’s low-density lipoprotein level to determine the dose qn Western medicine treatment.Test group: The above-mentioned western medicine plus ginseng siwu decoction was treated for 4 weeks.Observe the efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:1.Quantitative integrated curative effect of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: chest pain, chest tightness, fatigue, fatigue, dizziness and dizziness symptoms in the test group are superior to the control group, and there is no significant difference between the test group and the control group in shortness of breath and spontaneous sweating.2.Angina symptom score curative effect: the three-dimensional test group of physical activity limitation degree PL,angina pectoris stable state AS,angina pectoris attack AF is better than the control group, the treatment satisfaction degree TS,disease cognition degree DS two dimensions are not significant in the two groups Difference;3.The effect of treadmill exercise test: systolic blood pressure before exercise test,ST segment depression time 1mv,ST segment depression 1mv duration test group is better than the control group. There were no significant differences between the two groups in heart rate before exercise, heart rate at maximum exercise volume, and systolic blood pressure at maximum exercise volume;4.hs-CRP efficacy: the test group was better than the control group.5.The effect of Lp-PLA2: the test group is better than the control group.6.No obvious abnormality was found in the safety test indexes of the patients during treatment. One of the patients in the control group had slight nausea and anorexia during the medication. The symptoms improved after 2 days, and the remaining patients had no adverse reactions. Conclusion:Ginseng Siwu Decoction has obvious effects on improving clinical symptoms and examination indexes of patients with cardiac microvascular angina pectoris(qi and yin deficiency, heart and blood stasis type).
