Clinical Study Of Zhuanggu Granule Combined With Minimally Invasive Surgery In The Treatment Of Senile Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Zhuanggu Granule Combined with minimally invasive decompression in the treatment of senile lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:from June 2018 to December 2019,74 patients with senile lumbar spinal stenosis were randomly divided into two groups:the combined group was treated with Zhuanggu Granule and minimally invasive decompression;the minimally invasive group was treated only with minimally invasive decompression.The improvement of patients’condition before and after treatment was evaluated by TCM syndromes,pain VAS score,JOA score and ODI score before operation,1 week after operation,1 month after operation and 3 months after operation.Results:the combination of Zhuanggu Granule and minimally invasive decompression significantly improved the TCM syndrome of the elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis,and had a significant positive impact on VAS score,JOA score and ODI score.Conclusion:the combination of Zhuanggu Granule and minimally invasive decompression has obvious clinical effect in the treatment of senile lumbar spinal stenosis.
