Mr.Shi Jinmo’s Academic Thought And Clinical Experience Of Treating Digestive Diseases Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective: By using data mining technology,this paper analyzes Mr.Shi Jinmo’s medical case of treating digestive diseases,summarizes his experience of prescription medication,sorts out his academic characteristic thought,to inherit,apply,and develop the experience of the famous specialists of TCM.Methods:Collect the medical cases of treating digestive diseases in “Zhu xuan Shi Jinmo medical case ” and “ Shi Jinmo clinical experience collection ”,sort out symptoms,syndrome types,therapeuic methods and prescriptions,input Excel sheets,establish a special data mining platform,use the appropriate algorithm code,use frequency and association rules to mine.Results:1.In the 116 medical cases,a total of 17 digestive diseases were involved,9 of which were more than 5 times,with the composition ratio of 86.20%.There are: diarrhea,gastralgia,intestinal tuberculosis,dysphagia,dysentery,hemafecia,distention and fullness,constipation,abdominal pain.2.A total of 25 types of syndromes were involved,10 of which were more than 5 times,with a composition ratio of 73.27%,which were:deficiency of spleen and stomach qi,stomach stagnation,deficiency of spleen and kidney,damp-heat syndrome,deficiency cold in spleen and stomach,stomach-heat syndrome,qi stagnation,deficiency of stomach qi,deficiency of kidney-yang and deficiency of stomach-yin.3.A total of 244 prescriptions were obtained,and 10 classic prescriptions were used more than 6 times,accounting for 52.86% of all the classic prescriptions,including: Left Metal Pills,Inula and Hematite Decoction,Four Gentlemen Decoction,Gualou Xiebai Banxia Tang,Regulating the Middle Pills,Shenling Baizhu San,Four-miracle Pills,Red halloysite and Limonitum Decoction,Stomach-cutting Powder,Danshen Decoction.4.A total of 256 flavors of traditional Chinese medicines are involve d,the total frequency of 1977 times,with an average of 17 flavors per side.The top 15 most frequently used,with more than 28 times of drug use,accounting for 29.54% of all drug use frequencies,namely: Magnolia,Golden thread,Indian buead,Medcinal evodia fruit,Largehead atractylodes rhizome,Tangerine pell charcoal,Carbonized human hair,Bitter orange,Szech won Tangshen root,Longstamen onion bulb,Atractylodes rhizome charcoal,Whi te peonyroot,Bitter apricot seed,Silkworm excrement,Chicken’s gizzard-me mbrane.5.There are 20 kinds of drugs involved,and the top 10 drugs with the highest frequency of use are: Tonics,Qi-regulating drugs,Heat-clearing dr ugs,Antitussives,Expectorants and Antiasthmatics,Diuretics and Hydragogue s,Fragrant Dampness-resolving drugs,Digestant drugs,Astringent drugs,Inte rior-warming drugs,Hemostatic drugs.6.There are 24 kinds of charcoal drugs,commonly used are Tangerine pell charcoal,carbonized human hair,atractylodes rhizome charcoal,Largehead atractylodes rhizome charcoal and dried ginger charcoal;There are 5 kinds of qu drugs,which are the Shenqu,Pinellia qu,Agilawood qu,Hongqu,Xiatianqu.7.There are some drug combinations that were obtained by association rules: Red ochre=>Inula flower,Chinese honeylocust seed=>Silkworm excreme nt,Red halloysite=>Atractylodes rhizome charcoal,Largehead atractylodes rhizome charcoal=>Atractylodes rhizome charcoal,Semen raphani=>Radish see d,Peach seed=>Almond,Golden thread=>Medcinal Evodia Fruit,Atractylodes rh izome charcoal=>Carbonized human hair,Gualou=>Longstamen onion bulb,Almon d=>Longstamen onion bulb.Conclusions:Mr.Shi Jinmo’s diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in the digestive system include diarrhea,gastralgia,intestinal tuberculo sis,dysphagia,dysentery,hemafecia,distention and fullness.The main medications are Tonics,Qi-regulating drugs,Antitussives,Expectorants and Antiasthmatics.According to the cause of the disease,it is supplemented with clearing heat,eliminating dampness,eliminating food,astringent,w arming,hemostasis,He uses ten methods of "warm,clear,eliminate,nourish,tonify,diarrhea,astringent,descend,harmonize,and regenerate".The cor e is to regulate the Qi machine and restore the functions of spleen and stomach for ascending lucidity and descending turbidity.He uses the theor y of traditional Chinese medicine to summarize the laws of Western medi cine.He uses a combination of syndrome differentiation and syndrome diff erentiation.He attaches importance to qi-blood syndrome differentiation.Qi syndrome differentiation is divided into Qi deficiency,Qi stagnation,and Qi reversal.He emphasis on diagnostic science,accurate differentiat ion of syndromes,flexible selection,rigorous compatibility,and clear hi erarch of treatment.
