Sense of coherence used as perception and belief to cope with the pressure of resources that individual have, gradually aroused people’s concern in recent years. In the study on its relationship with stress events, scientists have already achieved good results. Previous studies have confirmed that stress events, sense of coherence and quality of life have relationship in any two of them, but lack of the study of relationship among the three variables. Therefore, it is necessary for in-depth discussion on the relationship among stress events, sense of coherence and quality of life of convalescence schizophrenia patients. This study chooses 155 convalescence schizophrenia patients from a psychiatric department of hospital and a mental hospital, and matching with 168 healthy people as the research object. Using the LES scale, SOC scale and WHOQOL-BREF scale to test participants with series of research methods, the researcher systematically discuss convalescence schizophrenia patients’ general present situation of stress events, sense of coherence and the quality of life on the differences of demographic variables, compared the differences between convalescence schizophrenia patients and healthy people on three variable, and also research the relationship among three variable. Research conclusions are as follows:1. The stress event situation of convalescence schizophrenia patients are being at high levels. The demographic variables of gender, time of being sick, occupation, education, age, birth order, marital status, family economic conditions, whether living with family members have a significant difference in one or more dimensions of stress events.2.
