Health has long been the focus of human attention.Cancer,as an extremely difficult disease to cure, always threatens the safety and quality of life of patients and has a severe impact on the system in which it is located. With the continuous innovation in the medical field and the steady improvement of living standard, the number of cancer patients in China is still on the rise.In view of the severe situation of prevention and control,it aims to improve the quality of life of cancer patients by the application of hospice care services.hospice care services originated in the west, and its focus is on "sick people ",not the disease itself, which is highly consistent with the values of social work.At present, the relevant institutions in China have begun to provide hospice care services for cancer patients, but from a professional point of view, the current theoretical knowledge and practical experience need to be further improved,so the intervention of social work is helpful to improve and enrich the content of hospice care services.During the practice of interventional therapy and nursing for cancer patients, the author mainly focuses on ecosystem theory and ensures the normal operation of related systems by adjusting the relationship between cancer patients and other systems in Wuhan Z Hospital.First, through the quality of life scale(EORIC QLQ-C30)to assess the basic needs of patients,at the same time, using interview and participation observation method to build a trust relationship with the victim, collect relevant information, and integrate and analyze the factors that affect the operation of the owner’s ecosystem.Secondly, under the guidance of ecosystem theory, the case work research method is used to intervene the case owner,to sort out the relationship between the case owner and the various systems,to alleviate the problems and contradictions existing in the case owner. In this process, timely feedback and communication with the family members, clear the role of the carer of the case owner’s family members, through the creation of confiding space for the case ownerand family members,to achieve the peaceful significance of the living.Thirdly,in the interaction with the victim,we should guide the establishment of a correct view of life and death, and through life review and other ways self-integration through life review and so on.Finally, the intervention process and the effect of evaluation and reflection.Through the reflection of the practical process, the summary is as follows: first, the social work intervention hospice care service has certain necessity and feasibility,on the one hand can promote the spread and development of the concept of hospice care,on the other hand, can expand the social work intervention cancer patients related path, and through the combination of theory and practice to achieve experience accumulation.Second, due to the limited personal experience and ability of intern social workers, the application of professional methods has not been fully mastered, and the situation of cancer patients is more complex,in practice, often because of the "degree" balance problem and get into ethical dilemma. Therefore, social workers should not only deepen their understanding of professional relations and improve their practical ability, but also pay attention to the internalization of ethical values,so as to promote the development of case work in the field of hospice care.
