| Objective: By acupuncture the corresponding sensitized points of knee osteoarthritis patients, observe the changes of various evaluation indexes before and after treatment, and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture sensitization points/acupoints in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Arthritis provides new ideas and new methods, and provides reference for further research on the sensitization law of acupoints. Methods: 66 patients with knee osteoarthritis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group of 33 cases and the control group of 33 cases. The experimental group: sensitized the 13 acupoints and tender points around the knee joint with Von Frey electronic pain meter, and acupuncture the five points/points with the highest degree of sensitization;the control group: acupuncture the five conventional acupoints around the knee joint. Both groups were acupunctured 3 times a week for 30 minutes for 4 weeks. The WOMAC score,VAS score, and knee activity were evaluated before and after treatment.Safety evaluation was performed before and after treatment, and the effect was evaluated at 30 days after the end of treatment. Results: In this trial,a total of 66 patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected,4 patients were shedding, and 2 patients in the experimental group and the control group were absent. The remaining cases were completed. The final collection of 62 cases,31 cases in the experimental group and the control group.1.Comparing the curative effect of patients in each group,17 cases were cured in the experimental group(54.84%),8 cases were significantly effective(25.81%),3 cases were improved(9.68%),1 case was ineffective(3.23%),and the efficiency of recovery was 80.65%.In the control group,7 cases were cured(22.58%),15 cases were significant(48.39%),7 cases were progressive(22.58%),2 cases were ineffective(6.45%),and the recovery rate was 70.97%.2.The WOMAC score of the experimental group and the control group after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, there were significant differences in WOMAC scores between the experimental group and the control group,P=0.03,P< 0.05.3.The VAS score of the experimental group and the control group after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, there were significant differences in VAS scores between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.01,P<0.05).4.The range of motion of the knee after treatment in both the experimental group and the control group was improved compared with that before treatment, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, there were statistically significant differences in the active flexion, active internal rotation and active external rotation of the knee joint between the experimental group and the control group(P< 0.05).After treatment, there was no statisti cally significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the passive flexion, passive internal rotation and passive external rotation of the knee joint,P>0.05.Conclusions:1.In the process of knee osteoarthritis, the pain sen sitivity of acupoints can be detected.2.The effect of acupuncture at high sensitization point s/acupoints on knee osteoarthritis is better than that on acupuncture at conventional acupoints.3.The sensitization phenomenon of acupoints is a specific expre ssion of acupoints, which can be deduced to any disease. As a basis for acupuncture clinical selection,it can further improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture. |
