Revealing The Characteristics And Laws Of Acupoint Sensitization In Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:Studying the characteristics and regularities of the phenomenon of acupoint sensitization is helpful to the evaluation of the disease and the improvement of the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion.Knee osteoarthritis is the dominant disease in acupuncture and moxibustion,and acupuncture points are the key to its curative effect.The phenomenon of acupoint sensitization is the phenomenon and process of acupuncture points from silence to activation under the condition of disease,"there is the inside,the outside must be formed" phenomenon and process.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that: Acupoint sensitization can reflect the changes of diseases and guide the acupuncture treatment of diseases.Methods:A cross-sectional study design of 916 Knee osteoarthritis patients and 222 healthy subjects was used to collect data related to acupoint temperature,mechanical pain threshold,and tenderness threshold.Machine learning algorithms were used to construct acupoint sensitization diagnostic models to explore the characteristics and characteristics of acupoint sensitization.law.Results:1.Acupoint sensitization in patients with knee osteoarthritis is manifested as temperature increase,mechanical pain threshold,and tenderness threshold decrease.Compared with the average value of healthy people,the difference is 2.86℃,34.65 g,1458.38 gf,and the local acupoints of the knee are more obvious.2.Support vector machine,decision tree,Ada Boost algorithm and random forest algorithm are used to construct acupoint sensitization diagnosis model.The results show that all algorithms can predict knee osteoarthritis patients well,among which random forest algorithm is used to predict the accuracy rate.The highest,with an average of 79.17%,the acupoints with prediction accuracy greater than 80% are Shenshu,Dazhu,Yaoyangguan,Mingmen,Weiyang,Xuehai,and Ququan.3.There are differences in the diagnosis model of acupoint sensitization based on the acupoint sensitization data of different meridians,different nerve segments,and different parts.Among them,the Dumai acupoint,L2 nerve segment acupoint,and lumbar back acupoint have the highest prediction results,respectively 85.14 %,83.69%,82.22%.Conclusions:1.Acupoint sensitization in patients with knee osteoarthritis is manifested by increased temperature and decreased mechanical pain threshold and tenderness threshold.2.Acupoint sensitization data for patients with knee osteoarthritis can distinguish whether acupoint sensitization occurs,and acupoint sensitization changes with the change of the disease.Acupoint sensitization can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic method for knee osteoarthritis,and can provide a reference for the evaluation of knee osteoarthritis patients.3.In the disease state,acupoint sensitization is related to different meridians,different nerve segments,and different parts.It is suggested that when acupuncture and moxibustion is used to treat knee osteoarthritis,more consideration should be given to the acupoints of the liver and kidney related meridians.3.From the analysis of the importance of acupoint sensitization,it can be seen that the main sensitization forms of different acupoints are different.The acupoints strongly related to knee osteoarthritis are Shenshu,Dazhu,Yaoyangguan,Mingmen,Weiyang,Xuehai,Ququan,and etc.
