Clinical Study Of Sanjiao Ointment In Treating Early Necrosis Of Femoral Head

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of San Jiao Gao in treating early avascular necrosis of femoral head,to Provide new methods and new ideas for the treatment of the disease with traditional Chinese medicine,and to Provide clinical reference and theoretical basis for the treatment of the disease with San Jiao Gao Fang.Methods: From September 2017 to December 2018,a total of 60 patients with ARCO stage I and stage II avascular necrosis of femoral head were selected from the outpatient department and ward of the Department of Osteoarthritis of Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Sixty patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 cases in each group using a random number table.All patients received protective weight bearing and cooperated with functional exercise.Symptoms and signs were scored before,after and 6 months after the course of treatment.The curative effect of TCM symptoms and symptom scores before and after the course of treatment were evaluated between groups.X-ray and MRI were used to evaluate the curative effect before and 6 months after the course of treatment.The incidence rate of adverse reactions was counted to determine the clinical curative effect.All data were processed by SPSS22.0.Results:(1)A total of 60 cases were actually observed and there were no shedding patients.(2)All patients included in the observation were statistically tested in terms of age,sex,course of disease,etiology and duration of disease,P > 0.05.(3)Harris score of hip joint function of the two groups before treatment t=0.03,P=0.87 > 0.05,t=3.28,P=0.07 > 0.05 after treatment,t=3.73,P=0.06 after treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups.Harris score of hip joint function of the two groups was effectively improved after treatment(P < 0.05).Harris score of hip joint function of the two groups increased after follow-up for 6 months after treatment,but the difference was not statistically comparable compared with 6 months after treatment(P> 0.05).However,the excellent and good rate of Harris score forimproving hip joint function in the three glue paste group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)Both the observation group and the control group can improve the curative effect of TCM syndrome after treatment,but the difference between the two groups is statistically significant in soreness of waist and knees and walking fatigue(P<0.05).(5)The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the observation group was 96.70%,while that in the control group was 86.70%.the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(6)The shape of femoral head after treatment could not be effectively improved in the three glue Paste group and the control group,but the difference in imaging changes between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the imaging changes in the three glue Paste group were better than those in the control group.(7)During the treatment and follow-up Period,no nausea,skin erythema,Pruritus,anorexia and other symptoms occurred in the two groups of Patients,and no sudden exacerbation of symptoms occurred.Conclusion: Both groups use Caltrate D3 and Protective weight-bearing combined with functional exercise,Sanjiao Ointment and Xianlinggubao can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of early femoral osteonecrosis,and the two treatment methods have the same effect in improving clinical symptoms.Sanjiao Ointment is superior to Xianlinggubao in improving soreness of waist and knees and walking fatigue symptoms,and has more advantages than Xianlinggubao capsule in TCM syndrome curative effect and imaging.
