Clinical Observation Of Modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction In The Treatment Of Early Ischemic Necrosis Of Femoral Head(Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction in treating early ischemic necrosis of the femoral head(deficiency of liver and kidney),and to find a traditional Chinese medicine treatment for early ischemic necrosis of the femoral head(deficiency of liver and kidney).Methods:Sixty patients with early avascular necrosis of the femoral head(liver and kidney deficiency type)were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of randomization,parallelism and control.The control group received xianling gubao capsule,and the treatment group added modified liuwei dihuang decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes of the hip joint scoring by partial percentage system.,SF-12 score,X-ray image,blood lipid,coagulation and liver and kidney function index after treatment were observed and statistically analyzed.Results:The results of hip joint scoring by partial percentage system in two groups were shown:the scores of pain and joint function after therapy were higher in the treatment group than in the control group,the difference was statistically signiilcant(P<0.05).however,there was no statistically significant difference in activity score between the two groups(P>0.05).the total score after therapy was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05),the excellent and good rate of the treatment group was 79.3%higher than 67.9%of the control group;Two groups of patients quality of life rating scale SF-12 score(SF-12 score)according to the results:the SF-12 score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The X-ray imaging results of two groups of patients showed that:X-ray image changes after treatment in both groups were mostly unchanged,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The results of blood lipid and coagulation indexes in the two groups were shown:compared to the control group,the treatment group TC,TG,LDL-L,FIB indicators decreased,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).however,there was no significant difference between HDL-L and PT(P>0.05):The results of liver and kidney function indicators in the two groups showed:the indexes of ALT,AST,BUN and Cr increased after treatment,but all were within the normal range,the difference was no statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05)Conclusion:Modified liuwei dihuang decoction can relieve the pain and restore partial hip function,delay the progress of the disease;it has certain therapeutic significance for hip-conserving treatment of early ischemic necrosis of the femoral head(deficiency of liver and kidney),and the clinical application is safe.
