| Objectives To observe the effect of luguishengguwan on pain,functional recovery and TCM syndrome improvement in patients with core decompression after necrosis of femoral head,and to evaluate its efficacy and safety.Methods Selection in June 2019 to November 2020 hebei cangzhou combine traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital orthopaedic treated 96 cases of kidney and blood stasis type of femoral head necrosis patients as the research object,the random divided into treatment group and control group,(48 cases in treatment group and control group 48cases),two groups of patients with medullary core decompression surgery for postoperative treatment on a regular basis,treatment group on the basis of oral deer turtle bone pill.The observation time was 3 months.Harris score,VAS score,hip range of motion,imaging findings and TCM syndrome score were observed and recorded respectively before and 3months after surgery.According to SPSS 23.0 statistical analysis,Harris score,VAS score,hip range of motion,liver function and kidney function are the measurement data of concentrated trend,TCM symptom score is the measurement data of discrete trend,imaging changes to grade data,the measurement data of normal distribution is tested by t test,the non-parameter test is used for non-normal,and the rank sum test is used for grade data,shows that the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).Results 1 Comparison of the curative effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of the control group was 68.75%,and that of the treatment group was 87.50%,the difference was statistically significant(P > 0.05).2 Analysis of TCM syndrome scores: Three months after operation,the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were lower than those before operation(P < 0.05).The score in Luguishenggu Pill combined with core decompression group was lower than that in simple core decompression group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.3 Harris score: There was no significant difference in the preoperative Harris score between the two groups(P > 0.05).but the Harris score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group 3 months after treatment(P < 0.05).4 VAS score: there was no significant difference in VAS between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).Three months after operation,the scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the improvement of VAS score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).5 Range of motion of hip joint: After treatment,the range of motion of the hip joint of the two groups was improved(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).6 Imaging comparison: There was no difference in imaging findings of femoral head between the two groups after treatment.7 Safety evaluation: During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting and diarrhea,and there were no obvious abnormal changes in liver function and renal function in the two groups 3 months after operation(P > 0.05).Conclusions 1 Luguishenggu Pill combined with core decompression can effectively improve Harris score and range of hip joint motion in patients with early femoral head necrosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and reduce VAS score and TCM syndrome integral.2 Luguishenggu Pill combined with core decompression can relieve the clinical symptoms of femoral head necrosis,with definite curative effect and worthy of clinical applicationFigure1;Table 15;Reference 117... |
