Research On Performance Evaluation Of Medical Equipment Purchasing Management

In recent years,with the reform of China’s medical system,the procurement management of medical equipment,as an important part of the hospital management system,has been paid more and more attention.Medical equipment,as a part of hospital fixed assets,not only affects the operation and development of hospitals,but also affects the implementation of medical and teaching activities.Because medical equipment procurement occupies the hospital’s large financial expenditure,procurement process is long,involving many departments,in the procurement will often appear a variety of problems,how to scientific norms to manage it,so as to improve the economic and social benefits of the hospital,is the relevant departments and managers more and more attention.The lack of effective performance evaluation system is a prominent problem in the procurement management of medical equipment.How to evaluate the performance of medical equipment procurement scientifically,rationally and effectively is also an important research topic in medical and health management at home and abroad.First of all,the literature on medical equipment procurement management and procurement performance is collected and collated,and on the basis of the research literature,the performance evaluation system of four-level medical equipment procurement management is constructed based on the purpose and principle of establishing the performance evaluation system of medical equipment procurement management,based on the combination of relevant research theory and their own work experience.Through the investigation of hospitals in Liaoning Province,the process,way and system content of medical equipment procurement are introduced,and the weight of the indicators in the performance evaluation system is determined by the form of expert questionnaire,and the performance of medical equipment procurement management is quantified and analyzed by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The operational of hospital medical equipment procurement management performance evaluation has been enhanced.Finally,the performance evaluation system is verified and analyzed and summarized through a purchasing example of specific equipment.Through this evaluation system,we can get the information of the whole project procurement management performance,clear the performance of the procurement process and responsibility department,find the difference between the status quo and the booking target,improve the work efficiency and promote the optimization of the target selection in a timely manner,which is of practical operational significance to improve the performance of medical equipment procurement management.
