Study On The Clinical Effect Of Bone-Setting Manipulation In The Treatment Of Acute Ankle Sprain

Objective: Patients with acute ankle sprain were treated by means of bonesetting,To investigate the clinical efficacy of bone-setting manipulation in the treatment of acute ankle sprain,It provides a new treatment for acute ankle sprain and a scientific basis for future clinical application.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria,38 cases of acute ankle sprain were selected from the sports rehabilitation training center and sports rehabilitation practice base of liaocheng university.According to the principle of randomization,19 cases were divided into the control group and the treatment group,The treatment group was treated with bonesetting technique,and the control group was treated with POLICE principle.The duration of treatment was 3 times a week for a course of treatment,and a total of 2 courses of treatment.VAS pain score,swelling degree and Kofoed score were used as indicators,Before treatment,the data of the first day of diagnosis and the 3rd,7th and 10 th day after diagnosis were measured respectively.SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis of relevant data.Observe clinical efficacy.Results: The results of clinical study showed that there were no significant differences in age,gender,VAS score,swelling degree and Kofoed score between the two groups before treatment,and they were comparable.On the 3rd day after treatment,the VAS score and Kofoed score of the treatment group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05).The difference of swelling scores between the two groups was also significant from the 7th day.P<0.05 on day 10 in the two groups compared with before treatment,the difference was significant.It shows that both the treatment group and the control group have good effects on the treatment of acute ankle sprain.In terms of overall clinical efficacy,The excellent and good rate in the treatment group was 100%,and that in the control group was 89.47%.Compared with P<0.05,the total excellent and good rate in the two groups was statistically significant.The results showed that the therapeutic effect of bone-setting and reconstructive manipulation was better than that of POLICE.Conclusion: In this study,the treatment group and the experimental group were treated with bone-setting and POLICE treatment for acute ankle sprain.Both of the two groups showed significant efficacy in the treatment of acute ankle sprain.In terms of overall clinical efficacy,the treatment group was better than the control group,It can be seen that the bonesetting technique has a better effect on pain,range of motion and swelling than the POLICE principle.Worthy of clinical application.
