Study On Medical And Health Care Social Mobilization In Taihang Revolutionary Base Area During The War Of Liberation

Medical and health service is an important part and embodiment of the Communist Party of China’s leadership over the country and the people.It is related to people’s livelihood and social stability.Therefore,during the war of liberation,the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to the construction and development of medical and health service in Taihang revolutionary base area.In fact,the development and transformation of medical and health services in Taihang revolutionary base is a process of mobilizing the people in the base to participate in it.Social mobilization is a unique political advantage formed by the Communist Party of China for a long time.The successful development and transformation of medical and health services in Taihang base area can not be separated from the powerful and effective social mobilization of the Communist Party of China,which ensures the health of the military and the people in the base area,helps the people to define the direction of the revolution,improves their ideological and political awareness,stimulates their enthusiasm to participate in the revolution,and enhances the inevitable victory of the revolution Confidence.The social mobilization of medical and health services in Taihang revolutionary base is deeply imprinted with the era of the liberation war,and represents the social style,mental state and public psychology of the base.Therefore,the study of this issue will help to enrich the local and social history of Taihang base;the study of medical history from the perspective of social mobilization will help to enrich the perspective and angle of historical research;at the same time,it will also have an important reference value for mobilizing the people to participate in the great practice of socialist modernization.This paper takes the medical and health care in Taihang revolutionary base during the war of liberation as the research object,from the perspective of social mobilization,through the literature method,analyzes how the Communist Party of China mobilizes the people to fight together and the great role played by the Communist Party of China in the medical and health care of Taihang revolutionary base.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background of the social mobilization of medical and health care in Taihang revolutionary base during the war of liberation,expounds the background of the work of medical and health care from the aspects of the inherent condition,disease condition,health organization condition,drug condition,doctor condition,and then puts forward the necessity of social mobilization in the field of medical and health care.Secondly,focusing on the medical and health care in Taihang revolutionary base during the war of liberation,this paper expounds the whole process of the social mobilization of medical and health care by the Communist Party of China from four aspects: the organizer,the object,the contents and the ways of mobilization.Finally,according to the whole process of social mobilization of medical and health care,the historical role of this mobilization process is summarized,that is,to improve the cure rate of diseases;to expand the ranks of Chinese and Western doctors;to integrate the medical resources of all parties.In a word,the social mobilization of medical and health care in Taihang revolutionary base area is a social movement to break the superstition of seeking medical treatment,unite doctors from all walks of life to set up medicine shops to overcome the lack of medicine and integrate health organizations.
