Research On Disease Prevention And Control In The Jinsui Revolutionary Base Area

The public health crisis caused by the epidemic has always accompanied the development of human society,testing the governance philosophy and social governance ability of the rulers of successive dynasties.In recent years,academic research results in the field of epidemic disease research have seen a spurt of development,mostly focusing on epidemic prevention and control measures and their effectiveness in China and abroad.This paper explores the effectiveness and experience of epidemic prevention and control in the Jin-sui Revolutionary Base Area during the period of the Anti-Japanese War,taking into account the regional and cultural characteristics of Shanxi.The paper focuses on the epidemic control work of the Communist Party of China in the Jin-sui Revolutionary Base Area during the period of the Anti-Japanese War in six parts.The first introductory chapter consists of the origin of the study,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,research materials,methodology and innovation points;the second chapter focuses on the natural environment,socio-economic environment,people’s clothing,food,housing and hygiene concepts to understand the survival conditions of the people in the Jin-sui Revolutionary Base Area before and after the war,and examines the formation of the Communist Party’s epidemic disease control system and the process of bringing its new concepts to the Jin-sui Revolutionary Base Area by the Red Army’s Eastern Expedition;the third chapter looks at the Party’s epidemic disease control system in the Jin-sui Revolutionary Base Area during the war.Chapter 3 starts with the various surveys and studies carried out by the Party in the Jin-sui Revolutionary Base Area,analyses the types and distribution of epidemic diseases in the area,and explores in depth the causes of the epidemic diseases in the area,such as the frequent occurrence of natural disasters,economic constraints,frequent wars and the prevalence of superstitious ideas;Chapter 4 focuses on the epidemic disease prevention and control work carried out by the Party in the Jin-sui Revolutionary Base Area,as the government of the Jin-sui Border Area drew on the experience of the Central Soviet Area and the Shaanxi-Gan Ning Border Area.By promulgating laws and regulations,setting up administrative health management agencies under the Ministry of Health of the Military Commission,promoting scientific epidemic prevention methods and concepts through various means,launching health and epidemic prevention campaigns,adopting the policy of combining Chinese and Western medicine,training medical workers who combined Chinese and Western medicine,calling on all soldiers and civilians to fight epidemics,gradually forming a medical and health management network at the county,district and township levels,maximising the use of medical Chapter 5 summarises the effectiveness and difficulties of epidemic prevention and control in the Jin-sui Revolutionary Base Area.contemporary inspiration for the prevention and control of epidemics in the Jin-sui Revolutionary Base Areas,combining the experience of the contemporary prevention and control of the New Crown Pneumonia epidemic with the conclusion that it is necessary to adhere to the overall leadership of the Party,play a leading role in government,improve the modern epidemic prevention and control system,and guide the whole population to participate in the prevention and control of epidemics in an orderly manner.The experience of social governance in the Jin-sui Revolutionary Base Area continues into the period of governance in the People’s Republic of China,and it is important to learn from history and draw strength from the Party’s history for national rejuvenation.Looking back at the self-help of all the soldiers and civilians in the Jin-sui Revolutionary Base Area under the leadership of the Party,adhering to the Party’s leadership,the united front,steadfastly following the mass line and mobilising all the soldiers and civilians against the epidemic were the key grips of the Party in promoting epidemic prevention and control in the Jin-sui Revolutionary Base Area.With the continuous development of the practice to the formation of the national effort to fight the epidemic together,the network of epidemic prevention and control has become more and more dense,and the concept of people first and life first always runs through all the epidemic prevention and control work of the Party.
