| Clinical practice teaching management is an important part of medical education,and its quality is the key factor that directly affects the quality of medical professionals.The General Office of the State Council has promulgated a policy with the title of Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Deepening the Cooperation of Medical Education and Further Promoting the Reform and Development of Medical Education on July 3th,2017.It aims to comprehensively improve the quality of talent by emphasizing the reforming of the medical education management system,deepening the reform of medical education in colleges and universities,and standardizing clinical practice management.After that,the local Government in Hainan Province announced a plan with the topic of the Implementation Plan for Deepening Medical and Educational Cooperation in Hainan Province to Further Advance the Reform and Development of Medical Education on November 2nd,2017.This official plan is designed to support the upgrade of Hainan Medical College to Hainan Medical University,with the purpose of accelerating the establishment and improvement of standardized medical personnel training system with unique Hainan characteristics.With the reform policies in the new medical system,there is no doubt that the traditional clinical management model can no longer meet the requirements of talent training.Hainan Medical College,as the only provincial public higher medical school in Hainan Province,is responsible for accelerating local clinical talent training for medical professionals,in order to support the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.Several teaching management problems in Hainan Medical College have been summarized through interviews and questionnaire surveys.At first,teaching hospitals pay too much attention to business but not light teaching and the resource management of clinical practice teaching is dispersive with behindhand clinical practice teaching management system.In addition,the clinical practice teachers lack enthusiasm for teaching tasks and activities.Thus,they seriously affect the improvement of students’ clinical practice ability and the quality of clinical practice teaching.In this paper,several constructive strategies have been proposed through an in-depth analysis of its causes,using literature research and comparative methods,from the medical school,practical teaching base,teaching teachers.It aims to propose innovative clinical practice teaching management models,build a scientific clinical practice teaching management network,and establish a professional the clinical practice teaching staff and other improvements. |
