ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is through the using of multi-station simulation training incollege nursing students before their clinical practice,to investigate the effects ofmulti-station simulation, further explore the best method which can maximize theeffectiveness of interactive emergency system, and provide a basis for the future useof high-depth simulation teaching.MethodThrough stratified sampling,select120nursing students enrolling2009,beforetheir clinical practice, Randomly divided,60students were taken as experimentalgroup, a group of five students, each group leader was established; the other60students were taken as control group, and divided into12groups, each group have agroup leader. The experimental group received20hours of simulation training, while, the control group received20hours of traditional education for training, two of theteaching content is the same. After the end of each teaching station, the experimentalgroup had a examination, to test their mastery. When the training was finished, usingthe Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory Chinese Version (CTDI-CV) and thefeedback questionnaires, combining with the results of operation of emergencynursing, to analyze the effects of two teaching methods and the evaluation of twoteaching methods.Using SPSS19.0statistical software to analysis the data, there are several methodsincluded statistical description, rank sum test, multiple linear regression。Results1.the results of Emergency care examination After training, compare of the experimental group and control group result of theemergency care using t-test, the results show that the emergency care of two groups ofnursing students score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). It suggeststhat the multi-station simulation teaching is more conductive for the nursing studentsto undering and mastering of the knowledge.2. Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory Chinese Version (CTDI-CV)The two groups of nursing students CTDI-CV total score statistically different. In the Seven parts of the CTDI-CV, find out the truth, analytical ability, thirst forknowledge curiosity differences statiscally signifant. It reflects that in terms of thesethree parts, multi-station teaching shows a strong advantage, and is more conductiveto use the knowledge.3. The results of feedback survey(1)After training, simulation teaching effectiveness questionnaire were used in thetwo groups respectively. The results show that: total average value of theexperimental group and control group were:115.32±9.24、98.50±9.56,and two setsof score there was significant difference. And in these five aspects: teacher factors, student factors, teaching methods, teaching content, capacity increase, the two groupsof nursing students scores were statistically different.(2)In experimental group, correlation analysis between capacity increase and teacherfactors, student factors, teaching methods, teaching content, the results show thecorrelation. According to the standardized partial regression coefficient, from thehighest to the lowest: teaching methods, teaching content, teacher factors, studentfactors.(3)In experimental group, use multiple linear regression analysis of the relevantfactors of the ability increase. The variables included in the regression equation are:teaching methods, course content, indicating that the two have a decisive role incapacity building. The partial regression coefficient of teaching methods is higherthan the teaching content, indicating that the choice of teaching methods are moreconductive to teaching effectiveness, as well as the ability to upgrade. (4)The two groups of nursing students, the vast majority of them suggest that it isbetter to combining the simulation teaching to theory courses. A few students suggestthat multi-station simulation teaching can be extended to other professional courses, making a solid foundation for entry into clinical practice.ConclusionAmong this training, through the contract with traditional simulation teaching,multi-station simulation training not only help develop the comprehensive capacity ofnursing students, especially self-confidence, sense of responsibility, analyze and solveproblems, critical thinking skills, teamwork ability, but also help maximize the valueof interactive emergency system. Through the survey, the majority of nursing studentssuggest that multi-station simulation teaching should be combined with the courses, and multi-station simulation teaching can be used in other courses; but theauthenticity needs to be improved...
