Clinical Effect Of Intranasal Acupuncture Combined With Warm Lung Flow Stop Pill In Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of intranasal acupuncture combined with warm lung flow stop pill in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:The subjects in this study were admitted to the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to October 2022 and were diagnosed as nasal,and 60 AR patients with lung qi deficiency and cold were selected on the principle of syndrome differentiation.The principle of randomized control was adopted,which was divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in the treatment group,30 cases in the control group,aged between 18 and 65 years old.Treatment group using intranasal acupuncture therapy,acupuncture inside meet incense point and nasal mound,1 side nostril 2 points,about 2 nostril 4,1 times,a single needle 20-30 minutes after the needle or healer auxiliary needle,and combined temperature lung check pills,early and late 1,1 pill,warm water take,after 30 minutes after meal or 30 minutes before meal,30 cases of treatment patients,a total of 2 weeks;The control group received warm lung stop pills alone,followed by the treatment group,and treated 30 patients for 2 weeks.Before treatment and after treatment,nasal symptoms,signs score,TCM syndrome score,visual analog rating scale(VAS)and rhinoconjunctivitis related quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)score were observed and recorded.Results:1.After 2 weeks of clinical trial,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 78.57%.After the rank sum test analysis,the two groups were P=0.037<0.05.The difference in the total effective rate of the two groups was significant,indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group(intranasal acupuncture combined with warm lung stop pill)was better than that of the control group(warm lung stop-pill treatment group).2.After 2 weeks of treatment,the total syndrome score,nasal symptoms,signs and RQLQ scores in the treatment group were more different than those in the control group.The results showed that the patients were more satisfied with intranasal acupuncture combined with warm lung stop pills,and the adverse effects were small.Conclusions:1.The total effective rate of intranasal acupuncture combined with warm lung flow stop pill was 93.10%>90%,and the nasal symptoms and signs of the subjects basically disappeared,achieving clinical cure effect;2.In the control group,the total response rate of warm lung stop pill was 78.57%,and the nasal symptoms and signs were significantly improved;3.The total effective rate of intranasal acupuncture combined with warm lung bolus was higher than that of the warm lung bolus alone.
