Study On Compatibility Law Of Ramulus Cinnamomi Recipe For Chronic Urticaria In Guangdong Provincial Hospital Of TCM Based On Data Mining

ObjectiveTaking the effective medical records of Ramulus Cinnamomi in the treatment of chronic urticaria in the Department of Dermatology,Guangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM as the research object,through the means of data mining,the clinical medication experience was analyzed and summarized.MethodsDermatological medical records for the treatment of chronic urticaria between June 2009 and June 2019 were exported through the Information Department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM using "urticaria" and"guizhi" as search terms.The medical records were screened and collated according to the study criteria to determine the final study medical records.Data collation of the study medical records was performed to create an excel database.The "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5)" was applied for data mining,such as basic information analysis,clinical symptom analysis,medication rules analysis,drug frequency statistics,medication law analysis by hierarchical cluster analysis,and new formula combination analysis.Results1.A total of 224 patients included in study,predilection age is 19 to 35 years,male-to-female ratio of approximately is 1:3.2.Common clinical symptoms of patients:often attacks in the evening,fear of cold,poor sleep,thirst,excessive sweating,unformed stools,cold extremities,aggravated by cold,and induced by diet.Dark red tongue and light red tongue were the most common tongue texture,white coating and thin coating were the most common tongue coating,and fine pulse and string pulse were the most common pulse condition of patients3.The property of TCM with warm(52%)is highest,and the rest property were TCM with cold(27.08%),TCM with flat(16.49%),TCM with hot(3.30%),and TCM with cold(1.36%).Sweet flavour(37.03%)had the largest number propor tion of the study drugs,and acid flavour(32.44%)、bitter flavour(23.38%)a lso had a large proportion.Spleen(7519 times)was the most common channel-tropism of medicine,and the rest were lung(5218 times),liver(4809 times),heart(4410 times),stomach(3966 times),bladder(3113 times),and kidney(3010 times).4.Among the effective TCM prescriptions containing Ramulus Cinnamomi,the top 11 drugs in the frequency of medication were:Ramulus Cinnamomi,liquorice,Radix Saposhnikoviae,Chinese date,Herba Schizonepetae,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Red peony root,White Peony Root,Bupleurum,and Radix Angelicae Sinensis.5.The top eleven key drugs for cluster analysis were:Ramulus Cinnam omi,Radix Saposhnikoviae,Herba Schizonepetae,Chinese date,Poria,Atractylo desmacrocephala,liquorice,White Peony Root,Red peony root,Bupleurum,and liquorice.The compatibility of the first ten drugs was "Ramulus Cinnamomi,Radix Saposhnikoviae","Chinese date,Ramulus Cinnamomi","Ramulus Cinnamomi,Herba Schizonepetae","Ramulus Cinnamomi,Poria","Herba Schizonepetae,Radix Saposhnikoviae","Zhigancao,Ramulus Cinnamomi","Chinese date,Radix Saposh nikoviae","White Peony Root,Radix Saposhnikoviae","Zhigancao,Herba Schizo nepetaea","liquorice,Ramulus Cinnamomi”.6.A total of 10 potential new formula combinations were found in this study:combination 1:Duckweed-Chinese date-Bupleurum-Trichosanthes,combination 2:Saussurea involucrata-White Peony Root-Keel-Chishao-Perilla frutescens,combination 3:Saussurea involucrata-Magnolia officinalis-Ephedra sinica-Keel,combination 4:White Peony Root-peach kernel-Chishao-Cortex Moutan,combination 5:Citrus sinensis-Citrus aurantium-Magnolia officinalis-Codonopsis pilosula-Zingiber officinale,combination 6:Scutellaria baicalen sis-Atractylodes macrocephala-Atractylodes macrocephala-Atractylodes macr ocephala-Cortex Magnoliae,combination 7:Duhuo-Qianhu-Qianghuo-Rhubarb-Cor tex Phellodendri 8:Magnolia officinalis-Chishao-Vitex negundo-Saussurea involucrata-Perilla frutescens,Combination 9:Aconite-Schisandra chinensis-Fructus Mume-Asarum,Combination 10:Polyporus umbellatus-Lulutong-Fangji-L entil-Acorus calamus.ConclusionIn this study,summarized our hospital’s experience in treating chronic urticaria,the principle of treatment is "Deficiency of vital qi and exogenous attack of wind-cold".The core drugs are relieving the exterior drugs,tonic drugs,spleen,lung and liver are the most common meridians of drugs.The treatment idea of this disease is to expel wind and disperse cold to relieve exterior symptoms,as well as tonifying vital qi,invigorating spleen and removing dampness,warming meridians and collaterals,nourishing blood and softening liver.
