Clinical Research On Periarthritis Of Shoulder With Articular Cavity Injection And Chinese Medicine Fumigation Therapy

Background Periarthritis of shoulder is shortened from Around the shoulder joint inflammation, refers to occur in the shoulder joint capsule and the surrounding soft tissues such as muscle, tendons, ligaments, slippery bursa of chronic aseptic inflammation.Which belongs to the traditional Chinese medicine "shoulder bi", "shoulder setting", "shoulder wind leakage ", etc.Patients are often get it at the age of fifty.It constantly attactks one sided,often caused by the causes such as cold and fatigue, etc.Pain around the shoulder joint and limited movements of shoulder it is the main clinical symptoms. To serious illness,patients may awake at night just of the pain.What is worse,they can not be able to conduct normal wash and dress, bending back, twist towel,etc in daily life.This is not only lower the quality of life of patients, even make contrubution to mental sickness.Therefore, it has great significance to explore the effective treatment of periarthritis of shoulder to control the clinical symptoms and improve the patients life level.In clinical treatment, We used sodium hyaluronate injection and triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection to injected articular cavity, combined with Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment to cure periarthritis of shoulder,it achieved good curative effect.Purpose By reviewed 、 settled 、 analyed 、 summarised scapulohumeral periarthritis patients with different treatments of traditional Chinese medicine hospital in wuhan city,to explor the clinical effect of hyaluronate injection and triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection to injected articular cavity, combined with Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.Methods By adopting the method of retrospective study, We gathered 200 cases of periarthritis of shoulder patients from traditional Chinese medicine hospital in wuhan city orthopaedic clinic between January 2014 and December 2014.In which,50 cases of patients have used sodium hyaluronate injection combined with triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection to injected articular cavity;62 patients have used sodium hyaluronate injection combined with triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection to injected articular cavity, combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.Then we draw 30 cases from the 50 patients who have used sodium hyaluronate injection combined with triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection to injected articular cavity(for convenience, this is called injection group);and 30 cases from the 62 patients have used sodium hyaluronate injection combined with triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection to injected articular cavity, combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation(for convenience, this is called joint treatment group) to settle, do statistical and analysis.Among them,there are 30 cases of male 12, female 18 cases in the injection group; 10 cases of male, female 20 cases in combined treatment group.Two groups were treated for a period of treatment, that is, four weeks follow-up.By using visual analogue scale(VAS) for shoulder pain assessment, using the function of shoulder joint activity to evaluate score of shoulder joint function, to analysis and comparison before and after treatment the pain-relieving effect of two groups of patients, the clinical symptoms improved and the clinical curative effect.Results To follow-up visit articular cavity injection group and the combined treatment group before and after treatment pain VAS scores, shoulder joint function score, VAS score difference before and after treatment, clinical cure rate, shoulder joint function score difference comparison:1.The pain VAS score comparison of the two groups before treatment, P > 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference; Compare two groups after treatment of VAS pain score,P < 0.01, there are significant difference statistically significant;2.Compared Two groups of shoulder joint activity function score before treatment, P > 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference; compared two groups of shoulder joint activity function score after treatment, P < 0.01, there are significant difference statistically significant;3.Before and after treatment compared, the injection group total effective rate was 73.33%;The Combined treatment group total effective rate was 90.00%, compared two groups total effective rate,The Combined treatment group was supper than The injection group, but compared two groups of clinical curative effect, P > 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion Statistical results show that:Sodium hyaluronate injection combined with triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection to injected articular cavity, combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of periarthritis of shoulder for improvement of clinical symptoms, relieve shoulder pain and improve joint function has exact curative effect; The recent general curative effect is superior to the pure Sodium hyaluronate injection combined with triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection to injected articular cavity.
