Study On The New Pension Model Of Combination Medical Care And Pension In Urumqi

In the increasingly grim background of aging situation of the population in Urumqi,the proportion of elderly people who are partially or completely incapacitated in Urumqi continues to rise.The traditional single-care mode,which focuses on life care,has been unable to adapt to the growing good living needs of the people today.Therefore,meeting the needs of the elderly for medical care has become a livelihood issue that needs to be resolved in the current society.The combination of medical care and pension mode is an inevitable trend for Urumqi to solve the problem of population aging.The purpose of this article is to promote the effective implementation and development of medical and health services in Urumqi.Using literature review method and inductive method to analyze Urumqi’s status quo of population aging,medical and health supply,provision of old-age care services and the provision of four modes of medical care and pension support,The questionnaire survey method,field interviews,and SPSS 22.0 software are used to statistically analyze the elderly’s satisfaction with hospital-based pension model and their satisfaction with various services.Combining univariate and binary regression methods,this article analyze the factors affecting the elderly choosing medical care and pension mode.The results show that:The elderly are more satisfied with the overall service for the aged,the basic living care and the leisure and entertainment services.and the overall satisfaction of medical service is low.The monthly income,self-care ability,the degree of understanding of the mode of combining medical care with the elderly,the support of children and their families for the mode of combining medical support with the elderly,and the current marriage are the significant factors that affect the needs of the elderly’s medical care combined pension mode.Because of Urumqi medical raising combined with the pension model in the early stages of development.According to the analysis of supply and demand,we find that there are still some problems such as policy constraints,insufficient supply,capital constraints,and conceptual constraints in the implementation process.Finally,according to urumu City,based on the service mode of family general practitioner contract system,we focus on the mode of medical support and cooperation,support radiation and social management and support the old-age mode,and take the independent configuration as the supplementary pension model system in Pyramid.To improve the related policy system of medical care and pension services,increase the supply of old-age service,improve the training system for the elderly,and change the traditional concept of a single old-age pension,we put forward some suggestions to promote the development of Urumqi medical care and pension mode.
