Objective:To test the clinical repair effect of ArcusDigma II mandibular movement tracing instrument on the fit of posterior single crown prosthesis occlusion.Method:Choose a patient who needs a single crown restoration of the posterior teeth, use the ArcusDigma Ⅱ mandibular movement trajector, select the KaVo transfer system(KTS)reference axis of the Articulator Measurement Program to detect the mandibular movement to obtain the extension and lateral condylar guide Tilt,Shift angle, forward and lateral inclinations, rapid lateral shift, etc.articulator’s parameters, transfer the model and parameters to the supporting PROTARevo 7 fully adjustable articulator to guide the production of the occlusal surface of the posterior single crown restoration and occlusion adjustment, use bite paper to guide clinical occlusion adjustment when wearing teeth, use TScanⅢ to verify the adjustment effect, use electronic micrometer caliper to measure the adjustment before and after occlusion adjustment and adjust the thickness of the bite contactpoint after completion, take average value.Result:After the prosthesis is in place, the occlusal interference point can be seen in the distal lingual tip bite,a The thickness of the clinical adjustment of the restoration surface(0.265+0.332+0.667+0.299+0.205)/5=0.354mm.Conclusion:Within the scope of this case report, the use of ArcusDigma Ⅱmandibular motion tracing instrument has not shown superiority in improving the accuracy of the occlusal surface of single crown restorations.
