| ?Objectives?The application of digital technology in stomatology has become the future trend.In an healthy population with individual normal occlusion,a new type of 4D Jaw motion system is used to record the trajectory of the mandibular movement and to calculate the relevant parameters such as the incisal guidance inclination and condylar guidance inclination,in order to analyze the accuracy and reliability in parameter values using for occlusive relation transfer.?Methods?This research randomly chose 30 subjects from college with individual normal occlusion and without TMJDS?15 males,15 females with the age ranges of 2535?.By using 4DTM jaw motion system developed,we measure the subjects'right and left of Bennett Angle and protrusive condylar inclination,incisor inclination which is designed as treatment group A,standing for A1?A2?A3?A4?A5 respectively.Meanwhile,the control group B should be measured the corresponding parameters used in complete-adjustable articulator as for B1?B2?B3?B4?B5.The research data are analyzed by the SPSS 22.0software and investigated on level of a=0.05 to evaluate the statistical significance of comparison.?Result?By measuring the 30 subjects with 4DTM jaw motion system,the trajectory of the mandibular movement is continuity and smoothness.Result shows:?1?The extreme value of right Bennett Angle for group A1 ranges from 13.67°to 25.77°?Mean=24.81°?;While the extreme value for group B1 ranges from 16.0°to 30.0°?Mean=25.35°?.?2?The extreme value of left Bennett Angle for group A2 ranges from 11.59°to 26.51°?Mean=24.20°?;The extreme value for group B2 ranges from 13.37°to 29.0°?Mean=26.58°?.?3?The extreme value of right protrusive condylar inclination for group A3 ranges from 30.97°to 57.94°?Mean=37.60??;The extreme value for group B 3 ranges from 27.0°to 49.67°,?Mean=34.13°?.?4?The extreme value of left protrusive condylar inclination for group A4ranges from 32.68°to 63.0°?Mean=38.25°?;The extreme value for group B4 ranges from29.33°to 52.67°?Mean=35.6°?.?5?The extreme value of protrusive incisor inclination for group A5 ranges from 21.41°to 60.34°?Mean=39.97°?;The extreme value for group B5ranges from 29.11°to 59.33°?Mean=41.14°?.After statistical analysis,the average values between 4DTM Jaw motion system and complete-adjustable articulator have no statistical significance?P>0.05?.?Conclusion?A new type of four-dimension jaw motion system possesses certain accuracy and repeatability in a way of articulated-related parameter.This could provide the clinicians with a reliable reference,which can achieve a more physiological therapeutic effect. |
