ObjectiveBased on the collected epidemiological data of H-type hypertension in western Qiqihar, explore the risk factors of H-type hypertension in Qiqihar, and analyze the genes of H-type hypertension and methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)The correlation of the C677 T polymorphism provides personalized medical programs and clinical guidance for the prevention and treatment of H-type hypertension in the region, thereby preventing the occurrence and development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and improving the quality of life of these patients.MethodsA total of 246 patients with hypertension who had complete data from August 2018 to December 2019 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College were selected and tested for MTHFR C677 T genotype and plasma Hcy concentration.Divided 246 patients with hypertension into two groups, including 125 patients with H-type hypertension and 121 patients with non-H-type hypertension.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the relevant risk factors affecting the incidence of H-type hypertension, and to compare MTHFR Distribution frequency of C677 T alleles and genotypes, and analyze the correlation between H-type hypertension and different genotypes.Results1.The general data of the two groups are relatively heavy, with statistically significant differences in age and gender(P = 0.022;P = 0.040),and BMI ≥ 24.0 kg / m2,diabetes,combined hyperlipidemia, hypertension course ≥ 10 years There was no statistical difference in the family history of hypertension(P = 0.617;P = 0.210;P = 0.680;P = 0.080;P = 0.342).2.The MTHFR C677 T CC,CT and TT genotypes between the two groups were in line with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(HWE(P)= 0.067).At the same time,MTHFR C677 T CC,CT,TT three genotype frequencies and C,T allele frequency comparison differences were statistically significant(P<0.001;P<0.001);H genotype group CC genotype frequency(29.60 %)Was lower than the non-H-type hypertension group(42.15%),and the TT genotype frequency(29.60%)was higher in the H-type hypertension group(12.40%)(P<0.001).3.Single factor statistical analysis showed that age, gender, smoking, drinking, high sodium diet, insufficient intake of fresh vegetables, and MTHFR C677 TT genotype were all risk factors for H-type hypertension(P<0.05).4.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,high-sodium diet, insufficient intake of fresh vegetables, and MTHFR C677 TT genotype were related risk factors that affected the occurrence of H-type hypertension(P<0.05).ConclusionAge,high sodium diet, insufficient fresh vegetable intake, and MTHFR C677 TT genotype are important independent predictors of H-type hypertension in Qiqihar, and TT genotype is significantly associated with H-type hypertension.
