Clinical Study Of Tongfu Lishui External Application Huayu Decoction In The Treatment Of Ascites Due To Cirrhosis Of Blood Stasis And Water Stagnation Type

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tongfu Lishui external application Huayu Recipe on cirrhotic ascites patients with blood stasis and water stagnation syndrome by collecting detailed medical records and examination indexes,Objective to provide a safe and reliable clinical medication basis for the treatment of cirrhotic ascites with blood stasis and water retention syndrome by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and to contribute to the cause of traditional Chinese medicine in our country.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2020,60 cases of liver cir rhosis ascites patients with blood stasis and water syndrome were tre ated in the outpatient or inpatient department of hepatobiliary Depar tment of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of traditional Chi nese medicine,According to the different treatment methods,they wer e divided into control group(conventional western medicine treatment+ tiaoyingyin)30 cases and treatment group(on the basis of control group treatment + Tongfu Lishui external application Huayu Prescript ion)30 cases.Before treatment,the age,etiology,gender,course of disease and other basic data of the two groups were analyzed,and it was concluded that there was no significant difference in these gene ral conditions between the two groups(P > 0.05).The control group w as treated with conventional western medicine combined with tiaoyingy in oral,while the treatment group was treated with Tongfu Lishui ext ernal application Huayu Decoction vinegar external application in the liver area on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group,once a day,3 hours each time.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.T he changes of abdominal circumference,body weight,24-hour urine vol ume and liver function indexes in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were recorded respectively.The tot al syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded according to the TCM syndrome score scale of blood stasis an d water stagnation syndrome(see Appendix 1),Spss25.0 software packa ge was used to analyze the recorded data to judge the difference betw een the two groups.After 12 weeks of treatment,all patients were fo llowed up by telephone to understand the recurrence rate of ascites.I n the process of treatment,the adverse reactions of patients were re corded truthfully,and the corresponding treatment was made in time.Results:1.In terms of improving liver function indexes(ALT,AST,ALB,TBIL),the TCM Tongfu Lishui external application Huayu group and the conventional treatment group were better than before treatment(P <0.05),but after two courses of treatment,the improvement of liver function in the treatment group was compared with that in the control group,The results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine Tongfu Lishui external application Huayu group can better improve liver function than the conventional treatment group(P < 0.01).2.In the aspect of reducing ascites,such as reducing body weight,increasing 24-hour urine volume and reducing abdominal circumference,both the treatment group and the control group improved after treatment,but the improvement effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.In terms of reducing the total score of TCM syndrome and improving the curative effect of TCM syndrome,the average total score of TCM syndrome in external application group was 6.87 ± 21,and the average total score of TCM syndrome score in the control group was 10.60 ± The total score of the treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P = 0.000 < 0.01);There were 27 effective cases in the external application group,compared with 23 effective cases in the control group,P = 0.037(P < 0.05);The results show that Tongfu Lishui Huayu Decoction can significantly improve the TCM syndrome,and it is more obvious than the conventional treatment group.4.In terms of improving the clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%,and that of the control group was 66.7%.5.Compared with the recurrence rate of ascites,only 5 cases recurred in the 25 cases effective after the treatment of Tongfu Lishui Huayu Decoction,while 10 cases recurred in the 20 cases effective after the general conventional treatment,indicating that Tongfu Lishui decoction can not only significantly improve liver function and ascites volume,but also has great advantages in reducing the recurrence rate of ascites.Conclusion: The results of this study show that the treatment group and the control group can effectively improve the symptoms,liver function indexes,ascites volume and 24-hour urine volume of cirrhotic patients with ascites of blood stasis and water stagnation syndrome.The external application of Tongfu Lishui and Huayu Decoction group is more effective than the western medicine treatment + tiaoyingyin group,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of abdominal distension,edema and adverse urination,It is proved that Tongfu Lishui Huayu decoction is safe and effective,and has certain clinical application value.
