Clinical Study On The Improvement Of Chronic Hepatitis B-related Fatty Liver By Shuganjianpihuatan Method

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the efficacy and scientific effect of shugan jianpi huatan method in treating chronic hepatitis B related fatty liver,and to develop new ideas for medical treatment.Methods:Collect 80 patients in the outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese who meet the criteria,and treat them with Shugan jianpi huatan Recipe for 3 months.To analyze the efficacy and mechanism of Shugan jianpi huatan method in the treatment of hepatitis B related fatty liver.Results:1.Clinical comprehensive effect:23 cases were markedly effective,51 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 92.5%.2.TCM syndrome efficacy:2 cases were clinically cured,32 cases were markedly effective,42 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 95%.After the treatment,the total score of symptoms and signs changed from 11±2.54 to 3.84±1.73,(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.3.Liver function efficacy:After treatment,the indexes of liver inflammation such as ALT、AST、GGT were significantly decreased,(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant;the index of ALB,which can represent the ability of liver synthesis,was elevated,(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.4.Glucose and lipid metabolism:After treatment,HOMA-IR,TG,and HDL-C were significantly balanced(P<0.01),with statistically significant significance,and TC decreased(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.5.Abdominal ultrasound:53 cases were markedly effective,23 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 95%.6.Renal function:After treatment,Cr and Cys-C were lower than before,and eGFR was higher than before,(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.7.Evaluation of quality of life:After treatment,the total scores of the self-rating scale of chronic liver disease,body symptom domain scores,psychological emotion domain scores,and social participation domain scores were all lower than before treatment(P<0.01).The difference was statistically significant.8.Safety:There were no abnormalities in blood routine,urine routine,stool routine and electrocardiogram before and after treatment.Conclusion:Shugan jianpi huatan method can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve insulin sensitivity,eliminate insulin resistance,restore normal glycolipid metabolism,remove liver fat accumulation,repair liver inflammation,promote liver cell synthesis,reduce kidney damage.
