Clinical Study On Jianpi Shugan Jiangzhi Decoction In Treating Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease(Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: To explore the effect of Jianpi Shugan Jiangzhi Decoction on the clinical symptoms,signs and blood lipid of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome),in order to provide an effective prescription on clinical treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods: Using SPSS17.0 software to generate random numbers by computer,according to visit order 1:1,102 patients selected were randomly assigned into the experimental group and the control group.Two groups were given the routine treatment,namely low sugar,low fat balanced diet,low intake of sucrose,trans fatty acids and saturated fatty acids,high intake of dietary fiber,moderate aerobic exercise.Based on the general treatment of the two groups,the control group was treated with Xuezhikang Capsule,the experimental group was treated with Jianpi Shugan Jiangzhi Decoction,the course of treatment was 8 weeks.Outcome measures and curative effect indexes were tested before and after treatment respectively.Results:(1)The two groups of patients in general situation analysis: By independent sample T-test and chi-square test,the two groups in the age,gender distribution,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).(2)Comprehensive curative effect: According to the evaluation standard of comprehensive curative effect,total effective rate of the experimental group was 78.4%,total effective rate of the control group was 54.9%.By Ridit analysis,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Curative effect of Chinese medicine syndrome: According to TCM syndrome curative effect evaluation standard,total effective rate of the experimental group was 84.3%,total effective rate of the control group was 58.8%.By Ridit analysis,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)Total scores of TCM Syndrome: According to the efficacy criteria of clinical symptoms and signs,before the treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the total scores of TCM syndrome(P>0.05).After the treatment,there was statistical difference between the two groups in the total scores of TCM syndrome(P<0.05).(5)Score of TCM Syndromes of two groups before and after treatment: According to evaluation criteria on hierarchical quantification table of signs and symptoms,before the treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in symptoms and signs(P>0.05).After the treatment,there were statistical differences between the two groups in depressed and irritable,rib swelling or pain,abdominal pain and diarrhea,thin sloppy stool(P<0.05),there were no statistical differences between the two groups in abdominal distension,loss of appetite,belching,tongue texture,tongue coating,pulse(P>0.05).Within group comparison,before and after treatment,the control group and the experimental group all had no statistical difference in pulse(P>0.05),in other symptoms and signs,the control group and the experimental group all had statistical difference(P<0.05).(6)Curative effect of four indexes of blood lipid: Comparison between groups,before the treatment,there were no statistical differences between the two groups in HDL-C,CHOL,TG,LDL-C laboratory indexes(P>0.05).After the treatment,there was no statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group in HDL-C index(P>0.05).There were statistical differences between the two groups in LDL-C,TG indexes(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the two groups in CHOL index(P<0.01).Within group comparison,before and after treatment,the experimental group and the control group all had statistical differences in HDL-C,CHOL,TG,LDL-C(P<0.05).(7)Iconography effect: According to the evaluation standard of Color Doppler effect,total effective rate of the experimental group was 80.4%,total effective rate of the control group was 56.9%.By Ridit analysis,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).Conclusions: Through the above statistical analysis,conclusions can be drawn as follows,Jianpi Shugan Jiangzhi Decoction not only can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,but also can improve clinical indexes,such as triglyceride,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,Jianpi Shugan Jiangzhi Decoction is an effective drug in the treatment of NAFLD.
