| Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of qudu decoction on postoperative hemorrhoid pain and edema. Methods:Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was routinely disinfected corresponding to the perianal skin and wound. The wound was washed with1:500potassium permanganate for about 5 minutes once every morning and evening. The observation group received routine disinfection corresponding to perianal skin and wound, and the external washout wound was treated with qudu decoction for about 5 minutes once in the morning and evening of each day.The scores of pain and edema in the anal margin of the two groups were compared and recorded for a total of 5 courses before and after treatment.SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results:There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in age, gender and other general data analysis, with comparability(P>0.05).After five courses of treatment, the observation group the total effective rate was93.3% and pain control group total effective rate was 73.3%.Two groups’ s edema of data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 90% and control group effective rate was 83%.Two groups of data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:The application of "qudu decoction plus and minus external lavage" in hemorrhoid postoperative wound can effectively reduce pain and improve edema.Promoting wound healing and alleviating postoperative pain of patients which can be widely used in clinical practice. |
